Pros +

  • Didn't like much. The only nice thing was the view. Other than that, this place is old and dated.
  • The staff, atmosphere and the shuttle serviceAccess to the beach and amenities
  • Nothing

Cons -

  • Check in started off fine, but from there it went down hill real quick. No valet parking as listed on their website. The room was very dated, carpet had to 2 large stains, the shower had mold in the corner. We couldn't get the shower to turn on and it wouldn't fully shut, so it ran all night. I've never seen a shower so complicated to turn on and off with numerous handles that were loose. The pool and gym both very old and outdated, as well. We ordered lunch and it was very quite, ordered caesar salad with shrimp and they brought chicken. Don't know how difficult it is to get the order right, when it wasn't busy. There were bugs all outside the room covering the floor, walls and ceiling. We took the complimentary shuttle to dinner and when we called the hotel for pick-up it took numerous calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. We gave our location and our phone number in case we weren't outside when they arrived to pick us up. Guess what? I'm still waiting for that call. This is inexcusable...we waited for 20 mins and were left stranded! We had to get an Uber back. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out the morning after the first night, when we couldn't get the shower to turn on at all. For the amount they are charging for the rooms, they should be ashamed of themselves, it's disgraceful. I travel extensively and I can say I've stayed in much nicer hotels for less money. The only thing you're paying for is the location, and you can get that at one of the other hotels in the keys. Don't waste your time or money on this place, it's not worth it.
  • Needs a total faceliftAnd new chefs, food was awful The Italian restaurant is totally overpriced And awful
  • The mattress is concave, worn from so much use.
