Beautiful setting with very professional staff. I loved the many dining options available at the resort. You could enjoy a full vacation without ever having to leave!

The TV didn’t work well at all. I would think for such a nice room at the price, there would be all the popular streaming services available and all I could get was a handful of local channels. No big deal though because we didn’t need tv.

Easy parking, cleanliness, convenience, quick to answer text, very good maintenance response time.

It’s looking a little rundown, drinks were very low quality for the price, food tasted old at times. The staff could be friendlier, they seem overworked however very helpful.

The layout of this hotel was amazing! It was like a secluded paradise. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and when we checked in our room was upgraded. Extremely kind heater and the room was amazing!! Thank you

Our room had multiple items that were not working. Food was not great and expensive.

Amenities. WE didn't take advantage because my husband was sick during our travels but the facilities were beautiful.

Golf course was closed during our stay and our room was supposed to be a golf course view and the trees blocked any view.

When taking a shower the water was hot to scalding hot! Could not get cool water temperature! Either turn down the water heater settings or figure out why the cold water control does not work!

we had all kinds of problems with items on our bills that were not our charges. expensive hotel and then they nickel and dime you on everything from there on.

This is obviously a well managed property. The hotel grounds are beautiful; our room was very clean and more than met our expectations. The staff members were all very nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Location and grounds are beautiful - even from the lush landscaping you can tell it was once an incredible place to stay.

I had problems even before I checked in, it was impossible to get in touch with the front desk. The biggest problem is that the pools were not as advertised. One was freezing; the other was overcrowded, gross, and overrun with rude kids.

Spa services were exceptional. The valet young men were friendly and very helpful.

Some of the front desk staff and restaurant hostesses were curt and seemed annoyed at having to work. Very surprised at their attitude.

Service at the main restaurants was mediocre at best, at the same time the restaurants on property were very expensive for the quality of food and level of service.

Perfect beach location with beautiful park like surroundings. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

The regulations regarding mandatory masks needs to be told to guests before they book the hotel. If we would have known we would have never stayed at resort. People should have freedom of choice to wear or not wear a mask!

Staff was so inviting & made us feel so welcomed. The room was so spacious with amazing views. The beach was beautiful and picture perfect. The free activities & multiple pools were an added bonus. Our waiter was so friendly & accommodating.

Nothing it was AMAZING, can not wait to go back!
