Over everything was beyond my expectations staff atmosphere food valet

Everything was excellent

Not much

My room had no heat and they had a space heater in the room. It was hot and dry . I had no hot water the first day . Free breakfast was offered at booking but was not aval on Sunday during my stay . Lobby and restaurant were freezing and 20.00 a day for valet parking which was not stated at reservation

Everything about location and service very caring, courteous.

Unfortunately due to extreme cold temperatures our room was FREEZING the thermostat unable to make higher. In morning of 2nd day w called downstairs for service and immediately switched to a better room and had a heater enclosed. We had a formal affair to attend in evening now it was better to prepare for & could get some rest. They gave a credit as applicable because room switch the room was smaller & didn't have amenities that we had requested otherwise everything else was great would stay again in warmer weather

There was a heating problem. First room we had was cold, had to wait to change room. Restaurant was cold, had to eat with coat on. Paid $240 for one night to be cold.In the second room the heat went off at 6am and didn't come back on.
