Large room, comfortable bed, enough pillows of various firmness to choose from. Excellent location. Exceptionally beautiful view of the boats in the harbor. Helpful personal.

This place was amazing. We had a balcony room overlooking the marina. We were attending a concert at Humphries next door and could see the stage and hear the sound check earlier in the day. The staff here is amazing. Parking is easy. Happy Hour was great sitting by the marina enjoying the waterfront. Would highly recommend.
Cannot think of 1 thing we didn't like.

Loved the location. Water views were wonderful , very clean. Staff very friendly. Food are restaurant was delicious. Bartender was so friendly and nice. Loved our room. So quiet!!

Location is great, we were here for 4th of july and enjoyed the fireworks over the bay. The kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. There was a small stretch of beach across the street for the kids to play at.
My only complaint was the mini fridge. It wasn’t very cold and i had breast milk that needed to be kept cold. The walls were also thin i could hear my neighbors talking. This didn’t bother me much though because they were not disruptive. I just hope we weren’t a bother with our baby crying.

We enjoy being next o the water. We require an accessible room. The room meets ADA requirements. Close to attractions and very good restaurants.
During our latest stay, the mattress was uncomfortably firm.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. We love the location. Our room over looked the bay so we could watch ships, marine life, and beautiful sunrises. The rooms are spacious and quiet. There is a wonderful walking path that goes along the harbor. Many restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops near by. We will be staying at the Bay Club Hotel again.

Great location, very walkable to many locations.
Antiquated bathroom. The shower head cannot be adjusted up or down so I found myself dancing limbo. Also, there's a shower curtain instead of a more modern solution. Breakfast is tremendously overpriced.
