Bay Club Hotel and Marina

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. We have enjoyed our stays at The Bay Club over the years.

We miss the breakfast buffet that we enjoyed there for years.

It’s got a small town beach feel with beautiful views, rooms are comfortable with refrigerators and microwave the only downside is thin walls

The walls are thin and had to listen to the obnoxious drunk dude on last night

All of the staff at front desk from check in to departure were rude and not friendly.

Location, swimming pool and jacuzzi, quietness

Charge of $24 for parking. Basic room, not elaborate.

Room was very dark in the bedroom area. Light in bathroom was better

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the welcoming restaurant and lobby.

At check-in I ask staff would he stay in that room, he said yes. I go to the room and we could barely see the Bay and barely open the door to the balcony. I called staff and told him about the room. He said come get another key and he wasn't there.

Really beautiful views!

There was an issue where we got charged the $50 deposit twice, and they initially said there was nothing they could do until check out. I was not happy with that, but we resolved it in the end.

Location

Old, no automated front doors; very thin walls, able to clearly hear the occupants next door.

Very clean. Very nice people. Food at restaurant was excellent.

The room wasn't clean

Location is great on Shelter Island, next to Humphreys concerts and great walking and bay views across the street.

Rooms were decorated well but not very updated. Back of wood bathroom door showed water damage, old fixtures. Suite should have had a double sink in bath. Noise abatement could be better¿heard conversations through thin walls.

I enjoy hotels with the view of Marina¿s and water. The views here are beautiful, with the Marina on one side and the bay on the other. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Nice views from restaurant and bar as well.

Rooms and hallways could use some updating, freshening up.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Close to the bay.

The room was not what we asked for when booking. We were next to the outdoor eating area. Within 4 feet from our patio. Noisy until the bar closed. For privacy we had to keep the door and curtains closed. Staff wasn't accommodating wouldn't go back.

Beautiful bay views from the front and charming boat docks behind. Excellent walking park across the street facing the bay with sailboats and huge Navy ships passing effortlessly in front of you. The room service menu was reasonably inexpensive and tast

Location and view

We had a patio but no privacy at Sally’s. There was a table right in front of our patio that belong to the hotel and both night there were parties held there. So we were not able to enjoy our patio

Everything was wonderful I liked it a lot everything was right on time a bit pricey but well worth it try the Ahi fish burger you won't be let down

I really have no complaints about the place or it's staff everything was excellent
