Bed was comfortable, liked having restaurant in hotel to avoid leaving but prices were a bit high. Plenty of parking

Pool could be heated. would've liked microwave in rooms.

The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful!

There was black mold in our room, the shower and toilet wasn’t cleaned, and there was a weird smell.

Everything was really good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast that I had at the restaurant was tasty. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well-maintained and it is quite close to a trolley station going to the city center.

The dinner that we had the first night at the lounge was quite underwhelming

Arrived early and was able to store bags at reception. We received a text when our room was ready. Room was very reasonably priced. Convenient restaurant with a nice menu.

Paying an additional $24.00/day for parking; it has been included in the room rate in the past.Bedding -- comforter is need or additional blankets. Closet should be utilized to store extra pillows/blankets.

Great location and very comfortable

Our breakfast order got lost and we almost left the dining room, as we waited 25 minutes? I flagged down a waitress and she followed up our order and was apologetic…

Everything was excellent! I loved the location. There was plenty of parking spaces all the time. We were charged $24 DLLs per night, which I believe is fair since SD is very expensive.

That I wasn't able to use the pool since we had plans already, but we sneaked the area and we were very bumped that were not able to use it, I guess next time!
