Toilets were to low!

location-good at resolving issues -closed the pool on time which helped with the noise-clam chowder great

room we were given was next to laundry and noisy-they resolved-parking off sight and remote-pool and sauna over run with kids.

The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom door did not lock.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and maintained. We loved the heated pool and the poolside drink/food service.

Hot tub could of been a little hotter. Even though the temp was good for children, the adults all mentioned they wished it was a little hotter. One of the elevators shook when going up and down - seemed a little sketch.

The customer service! The room had a leak from the ceiling & I was about to put my 3 young kids to bed. Front desk did not sound surprised this happened. We waited half an hour for bell desk to help move rooms. No apologies for inconvenience.

Did Not like the food at Marisol the restaurant next door. Great service food overcooked.

Location was fantastic. It felt like a super-fancy resort without being over-priced. The restaurant menu and service were superb.

Wifi access was horrible, especially during busy morning hours. They need to increase bandwidth to serve all of their customers. Also, the tub faucet fixtures need upgrading.

Boutique style Hotel with class. Love the pool, it¿s small but a great get away.

The hotel was very nice! Very clean! The location is perfect honestly, access to the beach from the hotel, and you are 5 minutes from Avilla Beach which is also a very nice beach and another 5-10 minutes from Pismo Pier, which has all been updated

They originally put me in room 403 which is right above the Valet parking so it was noisy, but they switched my room and made it right. The restaurant there automatically charges you 18% tip on every bill no matter the party size, which I didn't like

Hot tub water appeared unsanitary/dirty.

This hotel is truly a unique experience. It's beautiful and each room is carefully decorated to give guests a stay like no other. I would love to return to drink at the gorgeous bar and dine at the steakhouse. Great place for a couple's or girls' getaway.

Gorgeous location right on the shore. Pretty lobby and nice shop. Very nice room and facilities. I loved loved loved the little fireplace and balcony. That's my type of place on the beach.

Wish it wouldn't get more expensive in the summer ! And there's a new hotel seemingly being built next door so I'd visit this place right away before the views are wrecked.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help. The beds were very comfortable and the views are amazing.

Fire alarm went off at 8:00 am. Elevator on our wing broke for one day.

The private access to the beach. The food prices in the pool area. The over all look of the resort. The room service, valet, servers were all young and friendly. The feel of a resort was great. I stayed at Indigo in San Diego which was a better experience

Had room 323 view of trees. And had many bugs and mosquiotos in it. Left balcony door open to get air.Went into the spa. Came back to about 20 bugs in it! Front desk told me sorry we are sold out. No refund,discount or bug spray.Just breakfast vouchers?
