The location, room, and other facilities, especially the bar are all top level. I will definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet and in a great location right downtown.

Amazing view. Comfortable bedding. Excellent shower. Mini-fridge. Top notch climate control system. I adored the wide hallways and the stairways. Very very quiet, and great blackout curtains made for really restful sleep. The divan was divine.

Very limited room service options. The chair was a bit low for the desk for be, but sitting on a pillow made it workable.

Was a bit frustrating that the cocktail bar was booked for private event one evening so was not accessible (and I booked hotel for this).. also the wi-fi was down for an upgrade (although a facilities man helped me get the TV working on the second night) and there was also no room service.. I think I just happened to stay in the wrong week. I wasn't that impressed with the breakfast facilities - it's basically a cafe linked to the street so the queue in the morning was awful

So first day check in I gave my card to take money signed accommodation payment and good went to sleep and Just IMAGINE 3at night suddenly getting message that thay took another 39usd ...reception tried to convince me yes we didn't tell you but in booking there is destination fee...medicine t9 ssve it is not mandatory there are fees that can be applied for pets,for using facilities...i didn't done any of it).For sure I didn't agree asked senior and WUALAAA it's System sorry we will give it back((so chiefs catched tried to convince that mas everyday take 39 usd as I am not stupid gave it back. 2dn day cleaning came and left bathroom without cleaning...Wyaka they see it after I show)NOW READ CAEFULLY Paid expensive for breakfast that I got poisoned and after 2 hours pass out,vomiting,trembel nearly was dying ( never felt something like that walmeting) and Wuala calling reception thay offer Go to emergency (I repeat I am lying on the floor ai am not able to walk) ok than we can bring doctor in 4 hours and you need to pay 700usd+ medicine for doctor...For sure I rejected and that even didn't come to see whats going oj in my room.My colleague helped me we called to my Armenian doctor my colleague took taxi went to pharmacy and bought medicine...It continued another day I NEED TO CJANGE YOCKRT CANCEL CONFERENCE LOOS TOCKETS SPEND MINEY AND go back to Armenia (And no compensation rood approach absolutely don't care.. Just my booking was non refundable thAU DID A BIG THING GOVEBACK FOOD price AND 1 DAY payment .For sure this is not the end THIS Hotel by low wipe give me all spences

The location of the hotel was great, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and polite, which we really appreciated.

we were disappointed with the noise levels. Our room had an interconnecting door, and the guests next door were extremely loud, which made it very difficult for us to sleep. This was quite unpleasant and really affected our stay, considering the high price we paid for a stay that wasn’t peaceful.

They were able to accommodate an early check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an ideal location, close to attractions, shopping and public transportation.
