Harvest Inn

The location of the Harvest Inn is fantastic. Its centrally located in Napa Valley.

The overall hotel is showing its age. Simple items need replacing.

Location was perfect, quiet and quick access to all wineries. Staff was extremely helpful. Accommodations felt more like in a secluded French villa- almost cottage like facing lovely courtyards. Breakfast was delicious!

Concierge came in late so never able to access her experience. Same food served daily for breakfast- all delicious but would have liked a little more variety

The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect!

Ugh! Being awakened by a faulty fire alarm. Worse was having to hunt down staff to disable it. Frustrated that I never received any info on the cause or an apology for the inconvenience. I had to drive to the local store for aspirin for my headache!

Very convenient location.

This hotel very really outdated---rooms were ugly and the Charlie Palmer was food was thoroughly disappointing.

Little. We stayed here several years ago and the place was great. Not so much anymore.

I travel a ton so staying in different hotels is just a part of the experience. The Harvest Inn was awful and just above camping. Our room was bizarre, were their animals in our room? Staff rushed us through dinner and breakfast. We will not go back.

The location is pretty convenient

The room is in a building where the 1st floor is a restaurant. So it was pretty noisy with music turned on downstairs. After turning down the music, staff started to do cleaning, drag tables and chairs. It was too noisy to fall asleep at all!

The staff is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and it is a 5 star hotel.

I loved the well maintained property and proximity to vineyards.

Generous and confortable rooms!!

Staff was amazing. Room very large. View of vineyard from our jacuzzi room right on the vineyard. Very clean. Nice daily credit to spend on food and drink. 2 free drink coupons per day. Concierge Maria set us up with very nice wine tastings and hard to get dinner reservations in St. Helena. The wood burning fire place was nice as it was chilly winter trip. Location Excellent!

Some of it is a bit dated. Jacuzzi cover was on its last leg. Everything was clean but some of the buildings need a little more re-do - like chipping paint etc.. not a big deal - Just showing signs of aging.

Beautiful property, super friendly staff, very nice rooms. We had an accessible room which was perfect for my mom. Plenty of space for the wheelchair and very accessible. It's a very large property and everything is maintained perfectly. They give a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which is a very nice touch. Also, the bundled firewood they provide is perfect as it was very cold when we were there. The heating system also worked very well and was very welcome. Highly recommended.

The extra bed was not useable - just too uncomfortable. Just ended up sleeping in the bed with my mom.

Good location, nice bar and shuttle service

Very thin walls, unfortunately heard the very loud neighbors while in bathrooms. Bed not comfortable and blanket leaking debris.

The Harvest was perfect! The location was magical. We used it for getting ready for my wedding and for the backdrop for our first look photos! It was exactly what we were hoping for
