- The room was not clean, and there were many ants. I reported this issue to the reception staff, but no action was taken. The breakfast was poor. Although I clearly specified the company details for the invoice at the reception, the invoice was issued in my personal name. Later, after lengthy and contradictory discussions, I finally managed to have this corrected.
- Some pressure issues with the water in the room on the first day (didn't have issues afterwards though), we had to eat our lunch in the noon heat due to no AC in the restaurant (maybe it was being fixed?), very little variety of drinks on menu (even though the menu had cocktails/lemonade, you could only order coffee or beverages ready to go from the fridge ex: beer, soda, water or maybe wine)
- The outer pool is under construction, so booking.com pictures did not reflect the reality. We learned only at check in that the hotel has no puter pool available. A disappointment in hot August.

We kindly asked for a quiet room, as we had a long way to drive the next day. Got a room on the 3-rd floor, with a poor sound insulation and very noisy during the entire night. Couldn´t get more than 3-4 hours of sleep. I´m very dissapointed. First and the last time I´ve been at this hotel.

We arrived towards the end for breakfast and unfortunately it was cold. Perhaps it was our fault, however I think it would increase the rate if they'll look into that detail as we finished by 10am.

I booked mostly because it has in outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately it was closed for cleaning etc. If I had known this I would have booked somewhere near the centre.
