Gorgeous lobby, small but well designed and attractive rooms, beautiful pool area, excellent service (Adrian was the best!). Stellar gym for a hotel. Great location as well.

I didn’t find the bed very comfortable but that may just be my preference

The location is perfect

The hotel needs more renovation. The wall-to-wall carpet must be prohibited someday. They clean the rooms after the 3rd day of staying, which means that if you spend 3 days there, you will never see your room being cleaned. The staff seems to be fed up with everything, most of them are not willing to help or they pretend they help. Low quality of breakfast and either no services or expensive services. Never felt the hospitality as I expected.

The location of the hotel is great. Pool area is nice and access to the beach. Food is great too and the drinks. Ahmad especially was very kind and respectful and dealt with our concerns immediately the best way he could

Hotel was updated prior to my arrival that i would arrive after midnight, despite that they put me as a no show. The room type booked was not available upon arrival and at 3:30-4:00 AM in the morning that's the last thing you want to be dealing with, but they upgraded me so that is greatly appreciated. The ocean view room booked for my family, had a noisy vent right next to the bed area, the balcony door does not close. In my opinion this room type is ideal for just one person as its very cramped. Even the toilet and bath area is a tight squeeze. Cleanliness is average, there was dust across the furniture and the bath area had someone else's hair in the corners and stains that had obviously not been wiped. Also, if you are trying to be sustainable, why take the bath soap away and put a new one on the day the room is to be cleaned, its unnecessary waste. I also had to ask for water every day and it was not replenished even though we were told its supposed to be.

The location was great and it was a beautiful hotel inside.

Our room was dirty, our floors had scuff marks like someone walked in with dirty shoes and left prints there. There was a coffee stain on the bottom of our bed sheet (or what looked like a coffee stain) and our closet door was broken so we had to constantly jig it open and closed.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the port and restaurants.

This hotel IS NOT a 4 star hotel. It is a 2.5 or 3 at best. The staff was absolutely unaccommodating to our situation. We waited over 6 hours for our room. Having just arrived from a cruise, this was very disappointing and put a damper on our day.

A little older but nice. Would have preferred queen beds instead of doubles but overall very nice

Extremely disappointed that the swimming pool closes at 7 p.m.The guy at the front desk was not welcoming and informative as I would have liked. The cafe at the lobby has a very limited schedule.

The location is amazing

The hotel staff was very apathetic and unhelpful. The front desk never bothered to answer calls. I had to personally go to the restaurant to order room service. I have previously stayed in other hotels on south beach where you get much more value for your money.

Please be aware of this hotel . It’s breeding ground for bugs. When you book it it’s nice pictures but after you do checking it’s completely different. I never had experience with hotels like this . After spoke with manager about this situation she said it’s not true . We showed her hands with bites from bugs. They completely ruined our vacation. Will report health department for sure . SHAME! DISGUSTING!
