The location is great

The upstairs room was too loud. It was pass 12 am and they were still having a party upstairs. We could hear everything.

No cuentan con estacionamiento, tienes que usar el valet en 25dlls por noche o encontrar algo disponible sobre la calle

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the minute we stepped out of the car, the staff was super nice. Valet, concierge, desk clerk, etc. Convenient to airport, zoo, Balboa Park, and MCRD San Diego. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Large room, very nicely appointed. Perfect location just adjacent to Balboa Park. Walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes and bars of Hillcrest.

The room was dirty upon entering. The cabinets had coffee spilled on them, and there were empty food packages in the cupboards. The overhead lightWouldn’t turn off with the fan being off, and bathroom blinds were broken and didn’t go down all the way

Kitchen. Bed. Friendly staff. Nice room. Hall odor was strong like an old hotel.

We were very disappointed. Transferred to another hotel, being charged again. No one seemed to know what to do with the billing. Many homeless people around. Even inside Burger King. Inside and outside. Valet - handed the key not getting vehicle

Our room had just been remodeled and looked great. The room had everything - full kitchen, dining seating area, enormous couch, view of the area, walk in closet and large bathroom. This was a studio unit that had been very well designed and furnished.

Elevator was old and slow but did the job. As a time share plus hotel there is a hard sell on taking advantage of the free breakfast and free gift in order to listen to the sales presentation. I am not a fan of this tactic while on vacation.

The bed was wonderful and the full kitchen was so well-designed. Loved the spaciousness of the room, high ceilings, and the walk-in closet. Really, everything was perfect.

Location... too far to walk without having to drive. Did not know that valet was the only parking option for an extra $15 a night adding an additional $45!

Excellent location and friendly staff. The kitchen was a nice plus even if we didn't use it much. The space was large and laid out well.

Walls are a bit thin. It is a timeshare so they will contact you. We politely said we weren't interested and that was all. The sales team wasn't pushy.

Walkable (20 min) to the zoo and several good restaurants

Location was great for what we where doing and the hotel had tons of accommodations and discounts for local events

Nothing about this hotel was dissatisfying.

Uninque & kitchen

As always we enjoy staying at the Inn at the Park. The room is well set up. , clean and comfortable. Anything extra we need the excellent staff is prompt at helping. View from the roof top over the bay is great. We used valet parking this time and it worked well. We have parked on the street along Balboa park on past visits, but the city recently changed parking rules, making it difficult to park overnight now.

Wish there was an extra long table in bathroom for guests to store items. Would be very helpful for multiple people using the same room.

The hotel is in the perfect location - walking distance to Balboa park. The stuff is very kind and professional. We had a king studio (a big room) with the small kitchen which includes everything we needed.We were there during a huge uncommon wave of heat and were forced to run A/C 24 hours. Unfortunately the A/C in our room stopped working on the next day of our arrival.We found it in the morning when we got up and informed the front desk about this issue. They promised to take care of this issue. We spent the day in the city. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, they told us, that they could not fix our A/C, but they are moving us to another available room with working A/C.They helped us with the move and I was really impressed how quickly and effectively they resolved this issue.We are really grateful to the entire stuff. It was a very pleasant and convenient stay (especially considering the weather condition).
