Great location, truly lovely room and space.
I'm not a fan of valet parking since if you want to get into your car you need to find a person to help you. I also didn't enjoy the high pressure sales pitch.

The room was amazing - hotel had amazing views, and great location. Great welcome and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
When we asked for help to get tickets for the Midway the staff weren’t very helpful. No immediate EV charging stations nearby.

Great location
I will never come back to this place. When they texted me in advance to ask what time I would be arriving and information about my car, I responded with my arrival time and car info. Apparently, none of that mattered. Arrival/check-in was a disaster. The room wasn’t ready. Valet is nowhere to be found. I was traveling alone with my 7-year-old daughter. Finally, I gave up and said I would just come back in the evening.The rest of the stay was completely mediocre. This place is advertised as a boutique hotel. In fact, it’s nothing more than a poorly-operated timeshare operation. For the amount of money the “Inn at the Park” charges, I will instead take my money and stay at a real hotel that actually provides serious hospitality.

the room was very spacious and comfortable.
I didn’t like the “timeshare talk” offer as we checked in. The representative was friendly, but after a long drive I wanted to get to my room.

it’s a city, so it’s noisy for someone from a quiet neighborhood.

they told me I HAD to speak to the concierge where they failed to tell me it was completely separate from the hotel itself and proceeded to charge me another $20 which I never got back once I realized it was a timeshare scam. they also promised I’d have free valet parking for SPEAKING to the concierge- it was all a trick to get more money and to try and get you to go to their “presentation” of time share. I haven’t seen that aggressive of a swindle sale since I was at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. i was very disappointed since the hotel itself was wonderful, but I will never be staying here again or any other of their properties. they need to get their act together.

The staff was very helpful and had great guest service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again.
The only thing I didnt like was the parking but that really can't be helped
