The amenities are amazing. The staff is kind and accommodating. The rooms are lovely but in need of a facelift.

No, other than it is time to update the rooms.

Mattresses were below expectations and aggravated back issues. No closet for dresses- just wardrobe for separates. Resort view once drapes opened was a wall! Inaccurate description of this room indicated kitchen - only bar fridge, coffeemaker

Location and room is great. Has really gone down hill the past few years. Not worthy of a 5 star rating

Pool area open to the public basically on a holiday weekend. Looked like a scene out of hangover the day after. Trash cans still full. Dirty deck with drink glasses and old towels. No staff available to get new towels until almost 10AM

The location is good and SOME of the staff was great.

Valet parked my car under a tree that was pouring with sap. My entire car was covered and after 2 washes it is still damaged. No one will ever answer the phone at the pro-shop for tee-times and the staff there is rude. Clothes stolen by staff.

The bed

The room was small. No one picked up when you call front desk. The difficulty I experienced trying to warm up my reception food from My wedding because there were no microwave available. The food at the restaurant was expensive but not tasty

A attendant in check in removed my prescription cannabis from my bag , I was holding my bag in check in waiting for the other party to go to our Room

Real classy place from head to toe, service was excellent. Room large and clean, all the resort areas were beautiful.

The bathroom had two sinks and I had more room for my things.

There was construction around the resort with very poor signage and poor lighting at night and early morning. There was no hot water the first night. They charge extra $43 per night, just because. There are no microwaves nor coffee makers in rm.

Amazing layout and Decor. huge room. great facilities and gym.

The restaurant was nice and the room was clean.

There was an old man that was cleaning the pool area but not very well. He gave me and my wife a really hard time when he didn't believe me that we were guests of the hotel. This man was rude and did not clean the pool area well either.

Good Location

Hotel grounds are currently under construction. The signage to get around was not good. The Water of the Worlds Spa Pool area has not been renovated as of yet and desperately needs to be. The Main Pool was beautiful. If you go plan to use that one.

Room was comfortable and roomy. Shower and bathroom were large and nice.

Front office staff were not friendly and didn't want to be there. There is no concierge at the hotel, which was surprising. Finally, there is SIGNIFICANT renovations happening - spa closed, pool area a mess, nobody told us upon booking.

The staff is extremely rude. We had to call 7 times and it took 5 hours for housekeeping to come.

I loved the location of this hotel. I loved the grounds, the room was so nice and comfortable. I also loved the restaurant!

The staff treats you well / proximity to golf great.

Beautiful property.

This property is in the middle of a major renovation. Front entrance is closed as well as the spa and most shops. Signage to get around the construction in the hotel is very poor. Nothing on their website about the renovation.

The location was good with lots of great restaurants nearby, and golf courses.

It was undergoing major renovation. The renovation had most of the entry ways restricted. This was an inconvenience when loading/unloading vehicles and increased distance to and from parking. They were doing the best they could despite the disruption.
