We choose this hotel due to its proximity to Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas ship. It’s about a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and rooms are nice. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Good location, spacious room and good view. Roof top pool and nice spa.
No handicap ramp at entrance and thick incorrect handrail. Breakfast for two $97 once mandatory fees added with no cheaper options except for Starbucks!

The room was clean and the stuff were kind.
They didn't offer water in the room even for the coffee machine and we bought one battle from the lobby by 8 used.i think it's not fair.

The hotel was very nice and in a terrific location for our Cruise.
The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The let downs were the cost of all the room amenities such as drinks, snacks, including water everything had a price nothing complementary.

The rooms felt luxurious and spacious. Great location in Miami near restaurants and other points of interest.
I think the view from the pool could be better if the structure next to the bar could be relocated. I think the decor around the pool could be improved to create more of a vibe.

Beautiful hotel.Double queen bed rooms were so luxurious and massive.Breakfast was nice, could have done with a few more options but that's alright.
Starbucks closed at 6pm! Lol. I needed it open for just an hour longer due to my flight getting in.I think $7 for a bottle of water is a bit excessive.

Our stay at Intercontinental Miami was exceptional! The hotel is modern, elegant, and equipped with everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully organized, and had a well-equipped bathroom with everything we needed. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the valet parking service was professional and efficient. The location is perfect and close to the city’s main attractions. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Miami!
