Cons -
- Internet did not work for entire four days stay. It burned up all our wifi data because they didn?t tell us and wifi assist kicked in. Having internet was critical for my work and this was unacceptable for price we paid. They also skipped servicing room.
- The beds and pillows weren?t as comfortable as other Hyatts we?ve stayed at in the past.
- Nickel and dime you to death. Didn?t expect free breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby in the AM would have made me so happy. They have it up until like 6:30 AM but then you have to pay. Would have also liked an in-room microwave.
