Hyatt Regency Valencia

It was quiet and good black out curtains.

Seems like it needs some tlc. Tiles in elevator broken. Stained carpet in room. No automatic door opener at the front.

Proximity and cleanliness

No microwave in the room. The 1 chair was heavy, hard to move or relax in. For a 2 queen room 2 chairs would have been nice.

Beds are hard as a slab of granite! Coffee maker didn’t work. Staff brought a hot water machine… what?

Pool

It was hot, and matence worker was rude

Great room, very clean and very nice staff. Breakfast was also great

Check-in was unfriendly no greeting, just handed a key. We were placed in a handicap room far down the hall, and the room was very outdated. The bathroom was also dirty (the toilet was visibly unclean) At checkout, Isabella was unhelpful and dismissive.

I would improve customer service, ensure rooms are properly cleaned, and communicate room assignments more thoughtfully.

Quiet, friendly cleaning staff, friendly door man.

Front desk people didn’t talk much. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. Would have been nice if they asked us if we needed anything. It was close to dinner time and ther was no info in the room about places to eat

We were supposed to have a pool view. Did not have it. No valet parking. No room service. Bell service is requested only and you have to wait.….…and wait.….….expected more from a 3,5 star hyatt

Internet did not work for entire four days stay. It burned up all our wifi data because they didn?t tell us and wifi assist kicked in. Having internet was critical for my work and this was unacceptable for price we paid. They also skipped servicing room.

The pool was refreshing and well maintained

The beds and pillows weren?t as comfortable as other Hyatts we?ve stayed at in the past.

Super clean, pet friendly, extremely helpful staff.

Nickel and dime you to death. Didn?t expect free breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby in the AM would have made me so happy. They have it up until like 6:30 AM but then you have to pay. Would have also liked an in-room microwave.

The Restaurant and the location. Very clean.

It would have been nicer to be able to open up the window more in the room.

The location is great!

The staff at the front desk were horrible and completely incompetent. Fire pit was not lit, jacuzzi was cold, no towels at pool, no robes available. Not a good experience.

Lack of staff so co greeter to open front heavy door . I was not informed of early check-in fee when I called. Building needs update as rooms had virtually no insulation and bathroom showed age. Not competitive with other hotels and not a 3.5 star

Safe not working. Toilet would not flush. Shower would not drain at all. Shower fixture hanging off wall. Black mold in the shower. Room overlooking busy and very loud street. Corner floor lamp not working. Ripped chair. No refill on Kleenex.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly and polite.

Breakfast was not included and had to pay 17.00 for parking.

The location!!

The room smelled like dirty laundry. The room was not clean as it should have been. Hairs in bathtubs.

It was clean and great location.

I have stayed at this location before several times. They changed some protocol, one thing guest has to pay for parking and if you want late check out they charge you $25 per hour. I check out 15 minutes later and I was charge the $25. Nothing like nicho
