- The customer service was great!
- The front desk staff was excellent and the room was clean. The location was perfect.

Cons -
- Reported twice that my toilet would not fill up with water. Also the water was turned off everyday from 3pm-5pm.. Issue was that we did not get the notice that the maintenance was taking place until everyone started calling the front desk for answers
- The bathroom sink is wedged between the sink and shower and it's square with the pointed edge right next to the toilet, which is dangerous. They need a small pedestal sink in there.
- We did not get the room we purchased. That room did not even exist. The hotel was unable to accommodate and we were stuck with a room with 2 twin beds when we purchased a room with 2 king beds. Disappointing, bate and switch.

The customer service was great!

Location and staff
For a 4.5 star hotel, the dresser doors were chipped, the sink was not tightened and the heat sounded like an engine when we would use it.
