Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn

It was just an awsome, classy hotel. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. This is the place to stay in Lebanon, Ore.

I wish the shower was a walk in, but it was still very nice.

The breakfast was good and the help with where everything was great. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at.

the restaurant was closed for dinner so we had to go somewhere else to eat and the food was not as good as the restaurant in the hotel.

The staff was very good. Friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was really good as well. The waiter we had both nights was Jason. He was super.

The TVs in the restaurant weren't working. The appetizers available were too fancy for my liking. Would be good to have some more traditional options.

I was told the price would be 165.00 per night at the front desk ,that was including tax and class reunion discount. I was charged 87 dollars more on my card then what I was quoted at front desk. It is really hard to find out my reservation number to call and check why I was charged more on my card. Ive been getting a run around on the phone.I will not stay there again and tell my friends not to stay there. Very unhappy!!!!
