Great hotel, excellent service 4 different pools each located near the rooms. The hotel has the option to book attractions in the area - agent located in the lobby. Nice breakfast by the pool, great facilities around the hotel.

Great hotel with sparkling clean rooms. The swimming-pool is very appreciable with the sunny days.
The continental breakfast must have more options. It's a bit light when you compare with the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, great location, friendly staff. The pools are perfect. The valet experience was great, overall this is the best place to stay in Key West.
The menu doesn´t give you many options, it is very limited. The cleanness of the rooms was very bad the first day, but then after complaining about it is was solve immediatley.

Very clean, modern and well maintained apartments. Loved the small but comfy back garden and swimming pools. Car valet was also handy. Staff very friendly.

4 pools, hammocks, beach sand out your back door and sunset pier! It was close to town and had a grocery store across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Grove had excellent food! We were not disappointed. Will go back again.
The queen size bed was too close to the back door which made it a little tricky getting outside.

Absolutely stunning property, well maintained . Beautiful pool and food/bar area. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful managing property. ie. unloading baggage and getting us situated in our room. Greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne . Enjoyed the heated pool very much every evening after a long day.Would definitely go back and stay here again.
Shower head was terrible. I understand water saving but these were extreme. No water flow, took forever to rinse soap off self. For this price point I would expect better. The have bath tubs which is a larger waste than a better running shower head. This was our only complaint. Property was absolutely perfect otherwise.

Resort grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convient to offer water sports on property.
Our room seemed dated. Missing drawer knob in 49A. We found the mattress to be very hard.
