The price fir calet parking is too high per say. The pool was dreadful, uncomfortable chairs and you needed to go to reception for towels.

Location and cleanliness.

Very high resort and parking fees, which amounted to $450 for a 7 day stay.

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice, friendly especially the housekeeping staff who helped me look for daughter's glasses.

They could use more lights in parking area

Our room was dated and dirty. Bed & shower curtain had stains Hair and dust throughout hotel room. Front desk was helpful and switched our room with no problem. New room was cleaner.

Location...accessible on foot to restaurants and the beach. The stone walking path with the distance markers was a great addition, nothing I've ever experienced.

It was fairly dark outside the hotel on the walk back from the restaurants. Possibly some ground lighting would be helpful.

I checked in on Monday 11/13/23. On Wednesday 11/15 the smoke alarms went off at 2am throughout the hotel. There was a storm the entire time I was there. I know you cant help Mother Nature but the hotel lost power for the remainder of my time there.

Nothing negative to report.

Location, clean, clean smell in hallways,good maintenance of keeping lobby floor dry from beach traffic. Friendly and helpful staff.

The showerhead in the bathroom is very poor, should be replaced with better quality one. The design of the shower door is poor, as water leaks out. The closet and bathroom sliding doors are extremely Heavy and hard to slide open and closed.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Perfect location - the 3 of us gals grew up riding our bikes to this beach 50 years ago and it was a PERFECT stay. From bellhop - Front desk welcoming champagne, coffee with fresh half and half, JUST Perfect through and through.

We were clumsy with the having to use the card for the elevator but got the hang of it. The spare blanket seemed a bit old but was clean.

For the price point I expected a bit more. The pool was really small. The fees were exorbitant. I stay at hotels up and down the west coast and many of them charge fewer fees and offer more. It was just okay.

Maid service was erratic . One day at 9 am the next 3 p m . I don¿t like to be in my room or have to plan around them coming in . But did a good job mostly . Rooms are dusty .

The food at the restaurants was pretty bad. A lot of hidden fees. Could use some updating.

Only thing I would change is I think it was ridiculous people needed to get in line at 6:30am for beach chairs and umbrellas. No one wants to get up that early while on vacation. Get more chairs/umbrellas or allow people to make reservations for them.

It¿s directly on the beach and walking distance to all restaurants. The location and views on the ocean side are incredible

Paying for a parking spot Guests should automatically get free parking It was advertised as having balconies water view or ity view -- what a joke ... 10 " wide ? You couldn't go out and sit and enjoy the scenery .. City view had a lousy view
