- Location and ocean view
- You can not beat the location of this hotel. With proximity to the beach, walking to very nice restaurants and fun bars. A great "boardwalk" along the shoreline. Lovely staff members all around, from valet to front desk to maid service.

Cons -
- The ribbons you have to wear
- I left a red zipper fleece jacket behind. I was given the name Cynthia Greeley and was told I would hear back from her. I haven’t. I have spent three hours trying to get someone to answer me and so far I haven’t been able to get a real person. A simple call back would be appreciated.
- The value for the money paid. For the room rate this should have been a one bedroom, not a studio. Rooms need some updating in the painting, bath tiles. The hotel bar is not as pictured, definitely needs updating, as does the pool area.

“Great location, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and everything was well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.”
“What I didn’t like was that my room had a connecting door to another room, and it was very noisy at night. This detail wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation, which was disappointing.”
