Radisson Blu Mall of America

It had a convenient location (attached to the Mall of America). Parking was convenient and easy. The staff was very friendly in both the lobby, door, and restaurant areas.

This property is very worn. The carpeting was dirty. Our floor smelled like urine when exiting the elevator (but was cleaned and deodorized by the next day). Our room was shabby and somewhat dirty (walls, bed skirts, fridge, carpeting, bathroom all had noticeable stains and blemishes).

I liked the fact that Jordan, guest services, came to our rescue.We were booked in room 1212, the bed was horrible, and construction was starting above on the 13th floor, Jordan quickly relocated us to the 8th floor. The bed was much more comfortable, and my wife and I were able to sleep. Thank you, Jordan!The staff was awesome, friendly, and very professional, we had a great stay and plan on coming back soon with our children.There was also a young lady(African American) her name began with a Y, and I can't remember her name, but she also was very friendly and accommodating and deserves recognition. Thank you both for all your help!This is a great hotel and deserves my future business.

The bed on the 12th floor, seeing that I've worked in the hotel business, I've noticed that the beds aren't being rotated properly on a regular basis.

Location to the mall could not be better since it is connected. It is very close to the airport as well. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the airport if you schedule ahead of time which was great. Workout area was better than most hotels too.

You can hear some planes flying in and out, but only during the day so it did not interrupt my sleep. Also when someone closes a door in the hallway from another room it is very loud.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. It is attached by skyway to the MOA making it easy to shop.

The thermostats are regulated to 68 degrees. We like our hotel rooms a little cooler. We were still happy with the room and the hotel.

Very clean and awesome room. Breakfast was a plus. The hotel was beautiful.

The shower needs a glass door or curtain to cover the shower from getting the bathroom wet. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. It was 24 dollars... we are not parking in downtown Minneapolis.

It was attached to the Mall of America and the public transportation was right there as well! The restaurant had good food and well portions.

Clean and great location

My booking listed breakfast times but it was not a part of my booking so it confused me when I was not allowed to dine.
