Holiday Inn & Suites Marlborough By IHG

Not a hole lot

The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The bathroom did not have bars on the wall by the toilet and I not sure how they expected someone in a wheelchair to climb into a bath tub and stand to take a shower. Breakfast was not included.

clean nice staff they provide everything in the room nice room free parking

The air conditioner only came on during certain hours of the day. I had 9 bath towels and 7 of them had hair in/on them. The bathtub had non-skid strips, but the tub was slippery. It was also peeling or something.

Bed and linens okay Cheap

Room is dingy. No microwave. Ice machine not available. AC unit very loud. Light right at entry of room was out. Smelled pot consistently around back entrance. Location is a good desert and the on site grille is open irregular hours.

Reemburse my money, I wasn't able to check in.

You guys reeburse my money, you didn't update my reservacion and couldn't check-in

Front desk clerks were nice. Manager not very nice. 11 am checkout ala extended stay??? Is why I won¿t return.

Checkout is too early Pay for breakfast at 115 a night AWFUL

Convenient location, good in-room coffee

Housekeeping was poor; room condition was mediocre (filthy bath vent, leaking shower head, slow toilet

Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Rooms were comfortable and updated.

Pool is large But NOT suitable for anyone with agility/mobility issues. It does not have a stair entry or sling entry for handicap guests.Floor was very slippery.I solely booked room so I could enjoy some swim time with grandson. Disappointed.

Great location. Really easy check in and out because of staff. Room was super clean

Not sure where the discrepancy stems from but this room was described as having a microwave in it. It did not

The Lobby 'dont have none' coffee until 630am

Best part of the Hotel was the staff.

We had to change rooms twice due to room key issues. Hotel is slightly dated. Hotel needs to update toilets in rooms as they consume lots of water and are very noisy. Hotel pool was not very clean and not heated.

The quietness was amazing, the breakfast was delicious..

We were there for the pool mostly, but the water was freezing cold as outside. For an indoor pool it should be much warmer..

Great location, spacious, nice amenities for the price

Overall it clean, but it could use a little updating or a bit of a face lift.

We were only there for one night, but it was a very comfortable stay. The beds are super comfy and the breakfast was fantastic!

There was some confusion about the type of rooms I reserved and instead of rooms with 2 beds we ended up with a couple that only had 1 bed.

The stay was awful! There were a lot of young kids there for a hockey tournament. They knocked on the door and ran away throughout our entire stay. Saturday morning we woke up to the kids playing hockey in the hallways at 7 am when we didn¿t have an alar

Amazing bed!

We had a handicap bathroom and the water was all over the room when we showered. Also a bit pricey for the location.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I like that they provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

There were no ice machines and the breakfast was not included. Besides not being included, it was expensive, over $10 per person.

Location, literally right off the highway.

Pool was not heated, very cold.No hot tub.

Pretty straightforward hotel nothing fancy but clean and plenty of space in rooms. Hotel was conveniently located staff was friendly upon check-in and the room was comfortable.

There wasn¿t necessarily a bad smell but it was very stale if that makes sense and didn't smell great but i dont think it was a result of not cleaning etc.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The landscaping that started at 6:45 in the morning was loud. Room smelled musty. Leak in ceiling above the ice machine on the third floor and smelled of mold. Rugs need to be washed. The window in the room needed to be cleaned.
