Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel

Location, staff was really great and lobby was welcoming.

Room seemed not renovated and dark with low lighting as well as quite tight.

Everything is perfect at the historic Danieli! A real Venetian treasure. The only place to stay. The rooftop breakfast buffet is beyond impressive. Spend the money. Stay here!

I wish the prices were lower! ¿¿ But it is worth it to stay in this historic hotel.

Location, architecture and staff.

Not one thing.

Probably the closest 5 star hotel to St Mark's Square.

1st night in hotel, shower did not drain and flooded the whole bathroom floor. Had to call for someone to come up and drain the shower. He ended up pulling out a big wad of hair the size of my fist.

The Location is perfect. The staff was, for the most part amazing. The room was well appointed. The restaurants were definitely 5 star calibre

The concierge's were rude. They did not smile or even acknowledged me as I left and returned to the hotel. I was surprised, because when I stayed a the Metropole last year, this was not the case. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. When you step out of the hotel there is quick access to many types of water transportation, and you're just a minute walk from Saint Mark's square. I can't wait to stay here again.

One thing that bothered me was the poor lighting in the room. Although there were multiple lights throughout the room the brightness was fair at best. The concierge wouldn't acknowledge me unless I interrupted him. Just speak up or you don't exist.
