- No free breakfast. For star level, hotel should have free breakfast. Need soda vending machines on floor. Need more rails/handles in bathroom to get out of tub.

- There was a power outage that lasted about 45 mins to 1 hr. The ice machines didn’t work. Beds are a bit small. Windows do not slide open for fresh air.
