- The staff provided exceptional service. Raguel especially provided exceptional customer service! She assisted me with changes to my reservation as well as an adjustment to my room to accommodate my physical limitations. She also assisted me with how parking works.
- Friendly staff, clean room, view and good food.

- Pillows were flat, but that seems to be usual at similar hotels
- The fact that I had to check out!

Friendly staff, after experiencing the worst possible treatment at the Hyatt place across the street. The room was nice, and clean. The breakfast was delicious & they had friendly staff working in there as well.
That you have to pay for parking, however it was less than the Hyatt place was charging.
