Great food, lovely pool, comfortable and clean room, and the friendliest staff. Everything was better than anticipated.

I’ve been staying at the Fairview for many years…each time the experience gets better. The friendly staff, the lovely grounds, the clean & comfortable room, the always good restaurant, the gift shop make for the perfect stay!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises

The room was lovely (actually better that the larger premium room I stayed in before) as it felt newly refurbished. Attention to detail with PJs folded and towels folded so you could tell which had been used.I loved the fire pit too.

Meat generally overcooked. Dry roast chicken.

Included breakfast was delicious! Our room had been recently remodeled and was large, quiet, and very nice. The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. I wish we had a chance to use the gorgeous pool!

I have stayed many times and love this hotel.Love that it is so eco friendlyEven an electrric car picking us up at the airport.

Should jabe sustainable period care products in the shop and not just Disposables.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They make arrival a very good experience. The location for both airports and central Nairobi is excellent. Security is very good and I have stayed here many times. There is a nice area to relax around the pool area. The garden is lovely, and overall the hotel is beautifully maintained. The rooms in the main part of the hotel are the ones to book.

Some of the snack food could improve and sandwiches around the pool area at lunchtime made more easily available. Booking.com messed up the payment side by saying they had taken payment from my card. After leaving the hotel, the desk staff were chasing me for payment. It took 4 messages to booking.com over 5 days and an expensive overseas call to their office to sort it out.

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely grounds, swimming pool, ambience, excellent menu choices in 3 restaurants.

When working on projects in Kenya I always stay here. Beautiful colonial style, staff who are ALL so helpful. Like being in a huge garden in the middle of Nairobi.

Calm and peaceful. Excellent service. Good food. Fab gluten free table at breakfast. Beautiful wooden flooring.

There were a few ants in the bathroom.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and well placed in Nairobi for the locations we needed to be at within the city.Staff were attentive and helpful at all times.

The main area of the hotel was lovely, pool, garden. The staff were very nice.

We were put across the road in a different building that was quite dated. It had more the feel of a motel about it. We had to go through 2 sets of security gates to get to the main hotel. I would think twice before staying there again.

Hotel was beautiful inside, lovely decor which felt luxurious, the gardens are well maintained and peaceful with a good sized pool. We were spolit for choice on where to eat and we also enjoyed a wine tasting in their wine cellar. The staff we amazing as we checked out but didnt fly untill 10pm so they let us freshen up in the pool showers and came to collect us when our taxi arrived. What more could you need!
