Best Western Mill River Manor

No hot water, smelled like cigarettes. Staff wasn’t very accommodating

Great staff and clean room

HVAC had a loud dripping sound every time it cycled on that woke us up several times.

Clean room and linens and free parking

Accessibility to train station, supermarket and CVS.

Pool was advertised but it’s been over a year closed. Bathtub faucet was not closing properly. No smoking yet you could smell pot in the halls and elevators. Train station is at the back alley so I could hear and fell the trains.

Insecure because a suspicious intoxicated guy was violating the socially acceptable distance and leaning towards a lady in the elevator and the hallways. He was knocking our room door without knowing us. Totally open and insecure.

Accessible features. Bathroom shower bar. walker available. room with aide.

It's quiet and close to the LIRR

Food options near the hotel are basic so if you check in late and hungry....

The woman who works the front desk in the morning is so friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

Non-smoking property, a few workers reprimand for smoking on the property Laundry area is in basement easily accessible from street. No bathroom in laundry area

Hadn?t stairs, just elevators,the personal at front desk, was at the phone, didn?t ask me for second Key, no breakfast, no coffee in the morning, I paid ---dollars ?, plus 100 deposit. The building from 1960, bad parking.

Parking! Also the room was detach from the hotel , I felt a was in a motel instead of a hotel

Everybody that works there are so helpful the breakfast is great and the staff that comes and cleans the room is excellent

So far I went there twice in a month and I haven't found anything wrong

Location. Staff and price as compared to some other hotels in the area.

Too much outside noise. Being close to Sunrise Highway, there is traffic heard passing through, especially trucks. Also, anyone walking by outside or hotel staff rolling their carts on the exterior hallway textured cement floors, will wake you up.

The breakfast is mediocre, very few options and some items are not tasty. They should do better. Also, the latino guy in charge of the breakfast logistics was rude to us when we asked for bagels.

Clean room

Very noisy location. Traffic on Sunrise Highway is constant and heard easily through the door. People talking and walking on the outside walkways was also loud and often woke me up. You need to put AC fan on at all times to try and mask the noise

I love the location and its proximity to the train station (LIRR). Also there were many restaurants within walking distance chrome the hotel.

Paper thin walls, very noisy, parking can be difficult. Housekeeping did not refresh coffee packets most days.
