- Staff is very nice! Close to cable car .
- A bag was stolen out of my room and the hotel wasn?t helpful trying to locate it or find who stole it.
- The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean
Cons -
- Room! No privacy since it was next to gym(open 24h) and i could watch people working out while i was laying in bed. Lots of noise from pool area (open 8-8)on other side of terrace . Lots of noise from elevator next door. Not a relaxing set-up!
- The pizza was excellent
- The laundry service was a great amenity. It was smaller than I expected but appreciated the hotel having a laundry room. Unfortunately there were only 2 dryers and 2 washers and one dryer was not working.
