My children and I liked the facilities and the comfort of the room. We were pleased by the hotel market and restaurant options. They staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved that the parking garage was completely locked to public access so I felt safe keeping my car there.
My only complaint is that the room smelled like chlorine each time we entered. It was likely the brand of cleaner, and after being in the room for a few minutes, the smell became less noticeable.

Loved the hotel itself and the room was very nice and comfortable. It is a nice hotel for the price and conveniently located
It was a little dusty in the room. Definitely could’ve been dusted and made me nervous if the room was fully cleaned since there was a lot of dust

Updated, clean, and with a good location. Parking was convenient (expensive but less than many hotel parking prices in SF).

Parking included onsite. Secure and good. Efficient check in.
4 people booked in but only got 3 towels each time they changed them. Took a long time and an email to receive deposit back.

This property was surprisingly good for a Holiday Inn. Good location, great value (especially for San Francisco), clean, and more upscale than an "average" hotel in the same bracket. We had a room on a high floor with a great view. Highly recommend and when we go to SF next year, we will most likely return here.
The restaurant was a rip off. For example, 2 bananas and a bag of Doritos cost $10.

I like mostly free parking lot in package. Room is very clean. Breakfast variety is enough. Again i can definetely book.

Great location, felt safe, comfortable and convenient
Elevators took about 10 minutes every time we needed to get down or up.
