The fire alarm rang twice during the night (3am and 5am). The hotel did not offer any compensation. The staff knocked on the door and opened the door without permission at 8:30am to give us a bill for parking!

Hotel employee at check-in, made our day. He was attentive, empathetic, and quickly got us into some great rooms. He's a rockstar!

There was blood stains on the sheets. The hotel did correct the issue immediately.

The best part of our visit was the hotel staff -- every one we dealt with was patient and very eager to please. Huge lounge on the first floor with a koi pond and large nooks for groups. We had six guests, and we were able to sit and talk comfortably.

The HVAC in our room was noisy on High, and Low didnt work. The staff took care of several minor repair items immediately. People were smoking below our window; recommend a third floor room away from the side entrance doors.

The staff was so accommodating. They checked me in early and listened and fulfilled my requests.

Location, neighborhood, general maintenance. Even though it was near the highway, the noise level & business of the area were very quiet. Overall, the hotel was well kept and very clean.

Unfortunately, the AC was not working well at all in our room which made it uncomfortable. We checked in late and there was nothing they could do.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Their buffet breakfast has many, many options including a custom omelette Chef! A serene & beautiful Koi pond with waterfall is in the center of the indoor courtyard. Plenty of free parking. A great experience overall!

Yes,I paid 22$ for a cup of coffee and a sausage on toast. Also, I checked out early with NO refund for leaving early

Pet friendly

There was a rainstorm and the satellite TV went out for hours. I would like to be able to use my Netflix, hulu as well. TV remote said there was Netflix but, there wasnt.

Hotel staff kept messing up my family?s reservation. The curtains in my room were very dirty. The phone in my room didn?t work so I went downstairs to tell someone, she did tell maintenance because I heard her but they never came to my room to fix it.

Very clean and hardwood floors

Wheelchair was not available and the ADA room was not nearby. I?m on crutches and had to walk a long way to the room. Hallway music was very loud at night and walls are thin. I could hear music from the bed all night.

The room I was given was on the first floor, with the window facing the lobby and across from the elevator. I was told that no other room was available. It lacked privacy and was quite noisy.

I was waken up by cleaning crew literally every hour from 8 in the morning, even though they saw the do-not-disturb sign. I couldn't sleep. This happened to me in the past as well. What a disgrace.

The outside entrance (door 3) nearest our room wouldn?t read either of our room key cards, even though other outside entrances did. This entrance?s card terminal needs servicing.
