We stayed at this hotel for almost two months. The entire staff were always polite professional and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The laundry room and gym were clean and and a delight!

The "heated pool" was freezing. way too cold for swimming which was a disappointment.

The staff if professional, polite and accommodating. They were there for all of our needs and wants.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The room worked well. There was fresh coffee every morning.

The hotel seems to be brand new. Everything is clean and the rooms are a great size. I really liked the full sized refrigerator. We did a lot of day trips to the Finger Lakes and it was nice not having to haul our cooler with us.

Clean

This hotel is a motel. It is the Red Rood Inn with a fridge in the room and new paint. The beds are hard, the pillows have plastic hard pieces on them (maybe to prevent theft!?!?)

Clean, updated hotel. The kitchenette and full size refrigerator were a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly! The patio area was a nice relaxing space to have our meals. We didn't plan for it but the indoor pool was a nice feature.

One of the janitorial (man) staff who let us into the pool area, actually took the time to listen to the excited conversation of my 5 yr old grandson on his 1st ever Holiday! This man, deserves acknowledgment for excellence!!

The pool and pool room were quite cold. We asked to be let into pool @ 10:35 AM and the front desk lady said ?The pool doesn?t open until 10:30. I asked her to please check the time, She did let us in but was not as accommodating as other staff.

Cold water in shower, minimal pressure and no counter in bathroom.

The furniture and brightness of the room made you feel like you weren?t in a regular hotel.

Close location to travel destination.

Old hotel. Needs updating. AC didn’t work well. Room very damp. Found 4 or 5 dead gnats on bed. Ice machine in the hallway not working. Employee had to bring us a small bag of ice. No fridge in room so $120 worth of leftover food had to be thrown out.

Nothing was not what I expected

Yes we feel like we were being bitten the tub while taking a shower kept flooding and taking awhile to go down and spiders outside of windows

Location

Needs to be better maintained. Our room directly over looked indoor pool, was closed right now, color was a brownish blue and all you saw was particles floating on top, looked horrible. This was visible inside our room if we had left drapes open.

Comfortable beds. Very quiet.

Accessible room has no closet or bath8counter top.

the hotel is located beside HWY 81 which is what we travel on to see family and there are lots of restaurant options.

The hotel employee on reception really made a difference. Went out of her way to help.

Very dated. Non-smoking hotel, but room smelled of stale cigarettes. Room was cold and heater was too noisy to run all night. No extra blankets in the room. Two story hotel so you hear people locking and unlocking cars until late at night.

The location was centrally located.

I woke up the next morning with 14 bites on me.. went to the doctors and they said it appeared to be spider like bites.. some as large as a half dollar.

We have now stayed here twice while spending time with our son who attends the local college. The staff is considerate and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but adequate for our needs.
