- One of the janitorial (man) staff who let us into the pool area, actually took the time to listen to the excited conversation of my 5 yr old grandson on his 1st ever Holiday! This man, deserves acknowledgment for excellence!!
- Space and bed comfort
- The furniture and brightness of the room made you feel like you weren?t in a regular hotel.
Cons -
- The pool and pool room were quite cold. We asked to be let into pool @ 10:35 AM and the front desk lady said ?The pool doesn?t open until 10:30. I asked her to please check the time, She did let us in but was not as accommodating as other staff.
- Cold water in shower, minimal pressure and no counter in bathroom.
- Not enough pillows and towels.
