The Mt Buller Snow Guarantee provides a money back guarantee on all prepaid accommodations, elevator ticket, rental and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents at least four of the “Snow Guarantee” elevators from operating in the two days before your scheduled arrival. If the Snow Guarantee elevators are not operating in the two days before your scheduled arrival date, you can contact your booking agent or Hotel Pension Grimus (if booked direct) to change your booking to a later date or cancel your booking and receive your money back. You cannot take advantage of the Snow Guarantee on the day of your scheduled arrival nor during your stay, only up to 5pm on the day prior to your arrival date There are multiple transport options to get to the Hotel. If you are driving a vehicle, although the roads are cleared of snow as required, it is compulsory to carry wheel chains in your vehicle. Once you enter the Mountain (gate entry fees apply) you drive to the parking lots, where oversnow 4WD taxis bring you to the hotel, for an additional charge. Once in the resort it is easy to get around the village.
