- Beautiful hotel
- The staff was very accommodating and understanding. We had an issue with our room and the staff gave us a credit. The mattresses are older and it shows but the bedding was clean and the pillows were very comfortable.
Cons -
- I was awakened all night, every half hour or so, by a very loud machine sound. I was too tired to request a new room and then move, so I relied on pillows over my head to soften the sound. I could not believe anyone would assign that room to a customer, also a Hilton Honors member. When I reported my experience to the gentleman at the desk, he was very apologetic and said he would immediately file a report. That may be hotel protocol but it does nothing to address my bad experience.
- The HVAC unit was broken.
- The hotel is really outdated and could use remodeling.

I liked the on-site tavern we had a great bartender who made the stay even better , the rooms were comfortable and the bell boy was so kind !
The hotel is really outdated and could use remodeling.
