The location is nice. Rooms comfortable. Kids loved night swimming.
Air conditioning didn’t work well. Everyone we wanted to watch tv we had to unplug the box in the back as told by front desk, and it definitely hasn’t been cleaned there. Lots of extra charges!!!!! Be ready to pay almost double what the room shows. Nit the room we thought we were getting. Very little view of bay. Could hear people moving upstairs must of the night.

Excellent parking….everything convenient (market..plenty of eating places…very nice large n well appointed room ..nice grounds ..well maintained)
Should have separate adult pool n kids pool!!! Also lounges way to close together ..sides practically touching ..no privacy n practically sitting with someone else’s family!! Short staffed at pool etc…they did a great job but not fair to your employers nor your guests.

the location is amazing and amenities on site are great.
paying an additional $45 for parking each night. The room rates were high enough I felt that fee should have been included in the cost of the room.

Lovely looking hotel
Very poor service. Staff rude and unwelcoming, bars not open, room not cleaned - no fresh towels, clean coffee cups glasses etcComplained to manager who was very good but the next day the very same things happened again. Staff would be very happy if they didn’t have to serve guests.

Location was perfect, you felt disconnected from everything. Staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming especially at Mission Joe’s and Covewood. Rooms always kept clean. I do find it a little pricey however!
Prices, maybe some meals should be included.
