- Their housekeeping was not up to par. We had problems twice with the room not being clean which was disappointing, considering our expectations for that kind of hotel
- First night I stayed there the house keeping left a dirty rag on the couch in the Villa. The second time staying there the fridge nozzle was broken so I had no way of changing the temperature. I texted the staff only to receive a call over an hour later.
