If the credit card is not present at time of check in, another major credit card that is EMV (chip) certified will be required and any deposits that were charged to the original credit card will be refunded. In some cases, a pin number will also be requested if required by your bank, we also accept Apple Pay and other mobile payment services. At check in, a valid credit card is required for incidentals. Your credit card will be authorized for a $200 per day security deposit for incidental charges in addition to the room and tax charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account. If using a debit card, $200 per number of nights you are staying will be withdrawn from your account immediately. Unused charges will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days from departure date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
