Some of Their staff, Cote, Main Bar exemplifies the worst what Miami has to offer. Imagine working in a place where you have MANDATORY tip, you have no incentive to be kind, polite or even show servitude. In contrast their staff at the beach,

The history and location.
The FB is NOT a 5 star hotel. It's 3.5 that has 5 star prices. The room lacked the basics of other 5 star hotels I have stayed at, e.g., no water, no coffee maker, no clock, no small table to take meals.
Large property with lots of entertainment options
Encountered very rude staff, on multiple occasions in the main lobby/center bar
The room was beautiful and beachfront, the cleaning ladies were amazing, we stayed at a suite on the 14th floor, we left and forgot our jackets in the closet, the great friendly security staff shipped a box with it to home
Nothing too big for them to manage. The Vegas hotel is probably much better.
Rooms are dirty drapes stained sheers had holes. Hallway and lobby ,restaurants are beautiful but rooms are very deceiving. Ask a question no one has an answer . Very expensive for nothing. would rather have stayed at the Ritz or even Hyatt or marriott
Nothing. Fontainebleau is the worst hotel I?ve every stayed in. The staff was rancid and one member threatened physical violence against me. The food at the hotel was atrocious and overpriced. Location was landlocked and not centrally located.
I hated everything about this hotel: the overpriced food, the aging amenities, the horrible location, and the worst customer service I have ever received.
Location
Advertised as a spa and wellness hotel. Loud music and loud people all night. The hotel itself and staff were very friendly and considerate. The demographic that stayed at the hotel, not so much
no slippers available really even cheap hotels they got it, mattres too soft it would cave in called and complained they cam put some woods underneath but didn't change much
a manager where I did not have a good experience, I reached out to them on the website to escalate my situation
I really liked the access to the beach
The rooms are a bit dated and not as clean as they should be. The bed was very uncomfortable. It?s time to replace most of the pool area and some room furnishings.
Pool closes at 8 pm. And all the check points with the staff. You cannot not walk around to enjoy the views without the staff stopping you.
I got over charged for private bar that I didn?t used and for valet parking three times over $--- on things I did not used. They took over $1000 for desposit without my authorization uno my authorize $--- worst five star hotel ever.
Drunks, noisy, everything about money breakfast for 2 is $120 and so on!!!
