The NH Collection Gent is located next to Ghent’s historic town hall building. It features stylish accommodations, a fine dining restaurant and an on-site gym and sauna. Free WiFi is available. All rooms at NH Collection Gent feature design furniture and flat-screen TVs. They have a spacious bathroom that comes with free soap and shampoo products. The on-site restaurant Van Artevelde serves traditional local cuisine in a warm atmosphere. The bar is a great place to meet for a traditional Belgian beer and delicious cocktails. When weather permits, the hotel’s outside terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the sun. The garden lounge bar is also an attractive environment for unwinding after a long day. From this excellent location, guests can easily walk to all the main attractions such as St. Nicholas Church or Post Plaza Shopping Center.

- Location is excellent. Nice hotel
- The location was fantastic - within walking distance to most sites. Staff at check-in and in the lounge were pleasant and answered questions about the area.

Cons -
- It is under construction. The room we were in was a suite, which was very spacious, but there was no USB charging port anywhere in the room. The bed was "floted in the middle of the room and there were to electrical outlets close, nor bedside tables.
- Poorly soundproofed¿ you can ear people talking in the room next to you, doors,etc¿ Waiting for the check-in or to have access to the front desk too long¿
- Carpet in the room was stained and looked dirty. Bugs in the tub and brown water came out of the shower upon initial use.
