Although clearly in need of decor and carpets being updated, this hotel is excellent. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Reception had low number of staff (2) when large shuttle groups arrived by bus to check in. Hilton needs more regular airport shuttles as we waited one hour.

Rooms are lovely, beds are so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. The staff here, from the desk, concierge, restaurants and pool are all so wonderful and friendly.
just a minor thing, pool ran out of towels by the time we got there. It was quite a wait for restock.

Horrible, dirty rooms, the shower head doesn’t work, one wash rag, no hand towel, 2 bath towels 1 had makeup stains. The staff wasn’t concerned and said we could check out. Our flight landed at 12am and we checked out by 9am. This has to be the worst Hilton in the United States. I will be contacting Hilton directly. The charge for continental breakfast. Which was advertised as free/included
