The hotel is highly praised for its cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities, including pools and restaurants. Guests appreciate the beautiful resort atmosphere and great location, which provides convenient access to transportation and local attractions. However, some reviews point out high prices and challenges with room navigation, but overall, the hotel offers a positive experience, especially for families.

The entire hotel is beautiful, a nice walk, it feels cozy, and the restaurants also have great quality food, with very friendly staff. Keep it up!
Arlo restaurant didn't allow entrance at 8:30 pm because we didn't have reservation but it was half empty for the rest of the night, although they would close at 10 pm. The hotel room was too expensive; I paid $340/night last week in September.

Great facility, the rooms are nice and well maintained. They offer wonderful activities for kids. The food at Arlo was also very enjoyable.
Only comment was the bathroom could have been renovated a bit nicer. It feels & looks a bit tired.

Overall, my stay at Town and Country San Diego was okay, but I expected more considering the price. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and a good location, but there were several drawbacks that made the experience less enjoyable.
First, the rooms felt outdated—while they were clean, the decor and amenities seemed old-fashioned, not what you’d expect for the price. Surprisingly, they didn’t even provide basic one-time-use slippers, which is something you’d anticipate from a hotel in this price range.Another major downside was the parking situation—they charge a ridiculous $38 per night, and to make matters worse, the parking lot isn’t even close to the hotel entrance. I had to walk about five minutes from the lot to get to my room, which was really inconvenient, especially with luggage.Additionally, there’s no indoor pool or gym, which is a big letdown for a hotel of this size and cost. Many comparable hotels in San Diego offer these facilities, so it felt like a missed opportunity. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the outdoor areas were well-maintained. However, for the price, I expected a better overall experience. If you’re looking for convenience and modern amenities, there are likely better options in San Diego.

Nice lobby area with a bar and comfortable seating. Cool pool area for adults and an area for kids. Comfortable bed and clean room. Only stayed one night, so I didn't use all of the facilities. The price was good for the quality.
They have a store within the resort area, but you'll have to walk quite a distance to get to the stores around or if you want to get something to eat.

Location and property amenities are great.
Was overcharged at checkin by 5X. Thousands of dollars were on hold for my debit account due to a clerk error. Parking lot is VERY (like .25mi) from the room. No carts, no valets to help you.
