- Location , staff, cleaniness
- Very centrally located.
- The location is nice, easy access to restaurants and shops. The facility itself appeared to be clean for the most part.
Cons -
- Air ventilation was very noisy. Woke my up from sleep several times. Hot tub was too small and the steam irritated eyes. Wonder what chemicals are added.
- I had booked an extra date and it was difficult for the staff to figure out that nuance. Had to get keys reprogrammed had housekeeping show up unintended... I have higher expectations for Hilton then services received.
- The rooms were very small, you barely had enough space to walk around the beds. Beds were very worn out and uncomfortable, we had 3 rooms in our group and all had the same experience. We had a leak in our room and maintenance said it was normal since the AC was on, not sure what is normal about a leak. Window lock was broken and will not open. Not sure if the HVAC return was functioning but there was not enough air flow in the room specially the bathroom which had too much moisture the entire time. Pool is too small for a 364 guess room resort and not heated. $27 for parking is a little outrageous. Too expensive for what it is.

The location was excellent! Right by beautiful Lake Tahoe. The room was great and comfortable. The valet service was very efficient.
