We were not informed that we MUST ask for housekeeping. Day 3 we asked when our room would be cleaned, not told that only Hilton Honors got cleaning automatically just given the supplies we needed. VERY DISSATISFIED

They had social hour and was provided 2 complimentary drinks per guest.

My check in process, room was not ready at check in time so never received my digital key, was told it was because I selected the room and instead of letting the hotel pick for me. Also, the service from the bartender Marcus was horrible.

Close to Bart

Everything. I had a urgent matter and I needed a key to be given to my guest. I was on the phone over a hour. I reached out to customer service after calling 11 times. Customer service took over and no one answers their calls either. They also waited

Everything. One of the cleanest nicest hotels we’re have ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location

The sporadic charges to my card without warning. My key also did not work and I made 3 trips to the front desk to fix it

The location is great, BART is right across the street, makes it easy to get into the city. The made to order breakfast and happy hour are a nice treat.

The hotel is in need of some renovation and cleaning. The lobby area is well maintained, but our room was not. No longer a good value, but I have found that to be true with many Hilton properties.

Clean and spacious for mom and 3 teens. Breakfast options were excellent. Evening Reception has gone downhill since Covid but it is what it is.

The parking is WAY overpriced.

The hotel was completely under supplied. During our stay they were out of towels, toothbrushes, syrup, and laundry bags. They did not answer the phones for housekeeping or front desk. We repeatedly had to go to the front desk ourselves to get assistance.

charge $ 35 per night for car parking and sometime you can't find parking and you end up parking in public parking garage.

The bad slept really well!!

The room smelled of mildew and the carpet with soaking wet in the living room area The next day they moved me to another room, but the toilet was broken and constantly running, and door was difficult to open, we had to use shoulder to push the door open

Room was dirty, blood in the room, dirty blankets, asked to switch room it was a bit better, still dirty.

The lobby was decent but need more enticing decor and sitting areas. The complimenary snack bar was thoughtful but a llttle more thought snack choice would have been worth the walk.

The elevator positioned on one side, parking options on or near premises has a fee, which is ridiculous and costly. Last, the valet attendees need training on being polite to elder and disabled patrons.

I didn?t know that a youth sports tournament was going on and kids were running all over making a lot of noise

We really enjoy it being all suites. The two rooms is perfect for me family.

It's a little pricey for the older condition.

Perfect location

When we first arrived at the hotel, the lady I guest services was not friendly at all actually kind of rude. Although the gentleman at valet or super friendly, and the checkout woman, I guess services was fantastic.

Conveniently located to where I do business

I stay at this hotel every time I come into town for business. The last several times the rooms have been very dirty. This particular state I actually had them move me due to the fact the room was disgusting.

The morning breakfast is great. The location is good, easy to get to shopping and restaurants and the BART station is just across the street.

We have been staying at this hotel for years and have watched it progressively go down hill. The rooms need major updating (paint and plaster peeling off in the shower, carpet is beyond dirty, bed is horribly uncomfortable) and now they don?t clean.
