Pros +
- The staff and management have been beyond helpful especially at a difficult time for myself.
- The staff was pleasant when they actually answered the phone or were present at the desk
- The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is only 2.5 stars so expectations aren't high. But all the staff is nice and although the rooms are old, they're clean all things considered.
Cons -
- Fire alarm CONSTANTLY going off at all hours.
- Phone didn’t work in room. Calls from my cell phone were not answered despite that I could see they were not helping other guests. I was surprised to find I didn’t have a hair dryer, until I saw that I also did not have a shower curtain.
- It's just an old hotel. Some floors smell (the carpets), the laundry amenity didn't work the entire stay I was there and it'll stayed 17 days. Also there isn't anything within walking distance.

I appreciate that the flooring and cabinets were new. It was quiet and parking was easy.
There was a soapy film on the vinyl floorings, someone is using the wrong cleaning product or using it wrong. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Bits of food on the carpet. Could you make the bed with 2 bedsheets please?
