Sheet was stained. No towels to take a shower. Shower curtain ripped. Room needed some TLC

The staff was pleasant when they actually answered the phone or were present at the desk

Phone didn’t work in room. Calls from my cell phone were not answered despite that I could see they were not helping other guests. I was surprised to find I didn’t have a hair dryer, until I saw that I also did not have a shower curtain.

Yes, we arrived and it was dark outside. The sign wasn’t lit up out front so we had trouble seeing where to pull in. Then there were no lights at all lighting the parking lot so it was completely dark. Very unsafe. Walked inside and no one acknowledged us

The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is only 2.5 stars so expectations aren't high. But all the staff is nice and although the rooms are old, they're clean all things considered.

It's just an old hotel. Some floors smell (the carpets), the laundry amenity didn't work the entire stay I was there and it'll stayed 17 days. Also there isn't anything within walking distance.

I appreciate that the flooring and cabinets were new. It was quiet and parking was easy.

There was a soapy film on the vinyl floorings, someone is using the wrong cleaning product or using it wrong. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Bits of food on the carpet. Could you make the bed with 2 bedsheets please?

The people staffing the front desk were especially nice.

Checking in they said it has just finished renovations. TV's didn't work, stuff like dishes, utensils, remotes for TV's and blow dryer were missing. Tack strip between kitchen and living room had sharp edges and cut both our feet several times.

The location and the price.

There was no toilet paper, bath towels or coffee in the room. The cleanliness was in need of improvement as well.

Great location and easy access. Parking was good..Vending machines were great. easy access to snacks.

I was charged more than $200 in security deposits for a three night stay which amount to less than $--. This is against the law the family that owns this Sonesta brand is under criminal investigation for ripping off taxpayers for millions

The manager was extremely petulant, rude, and was barely able to communicate. Obviously, I do not fit the hotels demographic of demanding them to adhere to the consumer laws.

Hotel room had a usable kitchen. While we did not use it was a very nice option.

The entrance and most of the hallways smelled like weed. Didn't matter even coming in at 2am it still smelled like weed everywhere.

Room had fridge/freezer & microwave as well as 2 burner stove.

Tv small, no guide channel.

The staff go above and beyond. It?s very quiet they locked the doors at night so it?s very safe.

out of 2 rooms both had problem the first was the room had to heat and the second was the other room didnt have towels that i did not notice until shower time in the morning

TV had no CBS access. ESPN channels were not always available. bugs in bathroom and on kitchen counter. Food odor emanated from building; possible foreigners cooking.

First room had an unbearable smell and we had to be moved on the second day. The next room was infested with roaches!
