- Nothing. From the second we entered the door it was a complete unexceptional and disappointing experience.

- We had to wait about 30 to 45 min to check in with only 2 other check ins ahead of us. The main lobby was filthy, the computers were slow and inaccurate. The desk attendant was even slower and checked us into room 325 where a couple was already checked into it was quite ithe inconvenience for not only my wife and myself but for the other couple as well. Our remote was broken and well as our phone. We entered the room and it was dirty, smelled like cigarettes. We want a full refund.
