Front desk lady wasn’t friendly. Road noise was horrible.

This has been my hotel of choice in the Gardens area for years; however, the upkeep or lack thereof has caused the rooms to be completely worn and uncomfortable.

Charged $15 to park in parking lot. A normal, outdoor lot. Absurd!! No more Hilton product for me. What's next? Charge for water when you take a shower. Cost was never noted when i booked. And when you check in & have prepaid, what are you suppose to do?

Yes I needed sleep and the fire alarm was pulled at 130 am and I couldn?t go to sleep and needed up late to my meeting

Room door lock not working. Staff unable to unlock the door. Ended up having to leave personal belongings after checkout and return to hotel next day after staff was finally able to access the room.

Toilet did not flush and maintenance guy had no idea what he was doing with the plunger ?

Receptionist was extremely rude and seemed bothered by me being there. Found what seemed to be mold or something on the tub. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The rooms close to I95 all you hear is the traffic all night.

Pet smell in the room, along with fleas. Room was outdated

Laundry was outside of the hotel. We had to go to front desk to find ice machine. Typically directions are posted in the hallway. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for self parking if no garage is offered.

central location, nice staff.

Doubletree is known for their hot cookies upon arrival, and mines were barely warmed. Asked for another and still borderline cold. Doubletree needs to have Spring water for the price of the stay, not purified toilet water, how cheap.

Rooms were fairly clean. Bed was comfortable.

Old and outdated rooms. Noise level on freeway side was awful. Would have liked a free breakfast option.

Convenient to the highway

The $--- (including taxes) was extraordinary given my short stay and the quality of the room. The check-in time was longer than anticipated, although everyone at the front desk was very nice.

Staff was great. It was a very convenient location.

Bathroom vent was gross. Parking was not limited and should be free as many Double tree hotels have.

Comfortable bed and great pillows! Fridge in room is handy. Next to several great restaurants, a quick drive or short walk.

Would be nice to have complimentary coffee downstairs.

I paid for a Handicap room! Whole toilet was crooked! Top of toilet seat had to be held up while urinating Whole bathroom from supposed walk-in shower flooded when taking shower Improper drainage & pitch! Very dangerous Reception clerk very negative

Everyone we spoke with at the Front Desk was amazing, they all went above and beyond to help us abs gave us some great recommendations for places to eat.
