- The view was great and the room was clean
- Not much. Maybe location because its near the water but its not close to restaurants.

- Service everywhere was awful. Restaurant was awful. Seemed like lot of guests and not much staff
- The towels were like sand paper, the room service food was nasty and tasted like plastic, the TV was old and dated, the price was not at all worth what we experienced.
- This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old and tired. Reminds me of motels than a hotel. Staff is borderline friendly. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The view was great and the room was clean

The location is perfect for touring around the Santa Barbara area.
We had a 4:00pm check in time, our room was not reading until 6:00pm. We were able to sit at the pool, but there were no towels and dirty dishes everywhere. There were piles of used towels. The hotel is completely understaffed.
