The hotel is very comfortable, very nice view from the room, excellent parking! valet or self parking, ..very good garage, with easy direct access to the elevators, and direct to the apartment, very convenient! Very nice reception! .. Very good price specially for that location!

Quiet rooms, not much noise from other rooms.
Rather expensive. The hotel also adds an extra fee that you pay separately. Parking is about $45 a power day of you do self parking, even more of it's by valet.

The lobby/lounge area was comfortable with several nice sitting areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no in room coffee, bottled water was expensive, and any stores, banks etc. were several blocks away.

The location was great. However, I did not like the fact that I was charged extra fees every night that I stayed. Also, they even added taxes to each resort fee. I paid for my hotel upfront. I was unprepared to pay an extra 250 dollars at the end of my stay. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
The room particularly the bed was uncomfortable and very hard.
