The hotel smelled amazing.The pool staff was excellent.

I like the pool workers carry taking your towels and you still you use him them and you are right in, hey, doing guys.You gotta join us great to have you out the pool.

Full service beach. Umbrellas, chairs, towels, and to-order food and drinks available. Made accessing the beach possible for me.

In my room, the safe was broken, the phone was broken, lights near the bed were broken, the backsplash in the bathroom behind the sink was unfinished and tile cracked, furniture was chipped and damaged. Really poor value for my money.

Proximity to the beach

The best room (Oceanfront 1 BR suite) has a sofa bed (room 1551) with worst quality of bed. There was no sheet, no pillow, no cover. Rooms sold for exorbitantly high price should have these attention. Customer Service was so poor.

The location was great, Awesome views and right in middle of everything yet far away from the rush.

The Shower handles were broken, drinks in the fridge added $40 restocking fee.

Great location, excellent view when staying in a ocean view room. From the room I stayed in I was able to see both the Bay and the Ocean as well as the layout of all of the pools. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Yes when I booked I booked the loft ocean view when I arrived they told me there was no such room check in is at 4 I didn?t get in my room til almost 8 pm after going back and forth one of the supervisors came and gave us a totally different room.

The room was an upgrade but the sink stayed clogged, shower had to be repaired, and they didn't ever have face towels available

The room was amazing! The ocean view from the shower was the cherry on top.

The AC was not functioning in any of the hallways off the elevators.

Cost of drinks was astronomical, but CVS is a 5 minute walk.

Too much to list. Food was ridiculously overpriced, elevators are so slow you might wait 20 minutes to go up to your room at times. Staff cleaned the place sparingly, stole something we left on the night stand. And service was extremely slow.

Front desk was welcoming and recognized I had stayed before. Gave me a nice upgrade. Service was casual and friendly throughout . Also, you get all of the old-school Miami resort vibe without the horrible experience guests find at the hotel next door.

Generally an excellent stay though housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. Also my room had a connecting room where the guests were very noisy. Perhaps better soundproofing is needed around the connecting doors.

Upon arrival to what was suppose to be a celebration vacation my husband and I found bedbugs in our room and leftover towels from the guest before. Throughout our vacation there was constant worry about the fact the whole hotel might be infected.

The value though is just not there. Especially on the Nobu side which we stayed at for four nights. When Miami Beach costs as much as London, Paris and more than NYC....there is an issue The expectations are high when you pay this kind of money.

It was quiet and beautiful view. The staff were amazing and very polite and helpful.

The room was pretty dirty. The floor had old bottle stains where someone has set down their glass. Each surface had something sticky on it and there was red velvet cake in the carpet. It was obvious nothing had been wiped down.

One of the worst stays I've had in Miami Beach. Pools are covered by shade almost the entire day, beach chairs have exorbitant waits, food is mediocre at best and customer service is not great. Also, the location of the hotel is far away from everything.
