Beautiful hotel

Not family friendly. No life jackets for kids. Noisy events at midnight in hotel.

Great location on a beautiful stretch of beach, away from the crazy part of south beach! Hotel is good for the price point, the nicer hotels are like 3x price (faena, edition, etc). Breakfast is also very good!

I didn’t like that the spa amenities were not included for guests, but were included for nobu hotel guests. I would just book a room at nobu hotel for about the same price, maybe a little more to access all the amenities

Location was great

They never came to service our room. We called them to bring fresh towels, and they never did. We had to go to concierge to request a room clean.

View was amazing and the staff was great. Location was great although we had to take Ubers to get anywhere- it's basically one long hotel strip so there aren't a lot of convenience stores, etc. around.

The pools are completely shaded by the afternoon. It was hard to get a seat at the pools that stayed in the sun longer. Umbrellas couldn't be used because of the wind. Pool service was slow because they only had one server per section, but the staff was very nice and accommodating which made up for it.

The atmosphere great and having access to Nobu's menu was great. The bar area had a fab atmosphere which was not at all pretentious. It was relaxed and fun. Great facilities and ambience in the hotel. Very helpful front desk staff too. Excellent location. All staff were warm and friendly. Value for money was good.

In-room dining took around 35 minutes which was long.

Everything I love this hotel I go every year for my bday, the pool are amazing, locations I got the balcony room the view is beautiful ? I will rate this hotel 100/10

Beautiful accommodations with a beautiful room and bathroom. Wonderful amenities complete with two pools and two hot tubs, luxurious spa facilities located within the hotel, high-value dining experiences, and a high-value beach side experience as well. Cleaning staff was lovely, friendly, and thorough. Front desk staff were wonderfully helpful.

Poolside staff left room to be desired with respect to quality of service even on a day where the pools were not filled with large amounts of people. The outdoor furniture for our ocean view room was a bit run down which is understandable if they have weathered a few hurricanes but was just a bit surprising given the overall high quality of this establishment. Not deal breakers but just diminished the value of the experience a touch

Beautiful hotel & room. Location fantastic

Everything was perfect - but the bathtub/jacuzzi did not work. We had a technician come but couldn’t fix it. We went back down again at 2am and was offered another room, but it was too late to transfer. The room/hotel/staff/location was absolutely magnificent

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Pools and outdoor spaces were fabulous, as was the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend

Room temperature never reached below 77 F and it took them more then 10 hours to correct
