- In my room, the safe was broken, the phone was broken, lights near the bed were broken, the backsplash in the bathroom behind the sink was unfinished and tile cracked, furniture was chipped and damaged. Really poor value for my money.
- The best room (Oceanfront 1 BR suite) has a sofa bed (room 1551) with worst quality of bed. There was no sheet, no pillow, no cover. Rooms sold for exorbitantly high price should have these attention. Customer Service was so poor.
