locarion and view on the sea was great, only 2 min walk to the beach. lots of shops and reataurants nearby

The hotel has seen its best days, the elevators and corridors are so old and shabby. The rooms have been renovated. Value for money for me here is not given!

Location is amazing and pool is good.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. The building is old, worn out.... There is no digital air conditioning, only some kind of old heater or whatever it is. The TV isn’t a smart one, so I could only watch channels in Spanish, which I don’t understand.Interestingly, for the first three nights we didn’t even have covers on the duvets – just stained blankets that were never changed. The minibar was empty, and there were even opened sweets left from previous guests. There was no kettle, coffee, or tea either. For three days, we didn’t get new glasses. The safe in the room didn’t work either.There are no power outlets on both sides of the bed. The only positive things are the location and the friendly lady at the reception.Overall, it’s not worth the money I paid.

Pros: location in front of Calla Major. Rooms are big size and refurbished. Beds amazing, comfy and 2 big pillows making a very pleasant sleep.Breakfast ok, same all week but ok.Cleaning lady did a very good job every day, thank you so much!Cons: language barrier, hotel staff speaks little english.Elevator is horror, old, glass cracked, making awful sounds, missing pieces, a really dungeon.Carpet is stained all over hotel.AC not working in the lobby making very unpleasent when entering hotel.

Excellent location with a beautiful beach right in front, delicious and varied breakfast, and very friendly staff who handled all requests with care.

The hotel needs renovation, I found a cockroach in the room one day, and although the cleaning staff were kind and helpful, their cleaning seemed rushed and not very thorough.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay , perfect location right by the beach. Shops, restaurants ect all in location. Very Safe for a solo traveler. Staff fantastic & helpful. Nice quiet pool ... Very peaceful & Clean Would rate 100%

Great rooms with great views and close to everything.

Beach is very crowded. Early morning is wonderful though.

We enjoyed our time there the location was perfect and the room was on the 6th floor which have an amazing view Breakfast was great have a variety to choose from

What I was disappointed about was the air conditioning which was very low and uncomfortable specially for a city which is having over 32 degrees every day We have to leave it the air conditioning all day to feel pleasant The property have all facilities but for me that was the lowest point

The hotel itself was in a beautiful and perfect location right on the beach. The rooms and the staff were perfect I have nothing to complain about and would definitely come back.

The only negative thing was the pool wasn’t in use but you could use the pools at the nearby hotels, this personally just put us off and we didn’t use them.

The hotel's location is very close to the beach.

1.very poor breakfast. in the first 2 days I didn't have time to have coffee because at 10.30 they turned off the coffee machines.2. the cleanliness in the common areas leaves something to be desired, everything is ok in the reception area and bar. but on the floors the hall is full of dust, the carpet is old, torn, worn..3.The price is not fair in relation to the accommodation conditions and breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, right on the beach with access to great bars and restaurants. Rooms were a good size. You got a bottle of water replenished when your room was cleaned which was good.Nice and quiet at night too. The team at the hotel were great and really friendly.

The hotel was a little tired, needs renovating. The pool area was closed but you could use the partner hotel pool across the way which was good.Could really do with better showering products, as this is classed as 4*, they were very basic with one shower gel that didn’t smell very nice.The beds/pillows were hard, but blackout curtains were great!The bathroom was open plan which was fine if you are a couple, but strange as no door for privacy.

We were not told we were in a sister hotel and the one we booked was not open yet. All good in the end.

Too nosy, couldn’t sleep at night

The rooms were a little old but had everything I needed for my short stay in Palma. I kindly was given a room upgrade and my view of the sea and beach was beautiful! All staff were super friendly and I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip. The location to the airport and access to buses to get into the city of Palma was perfect!

Got upgraded when I arrived, which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Everything was clean and well looked after. Great location with easy access to the beach, and the gym and pool were excellent – a real bonus.

It was good to be at the beach. Sceneries where great. It was too early spring to swim in the sea. The pool opened in the middle of the week.
