Yes They said my deposit would be right back on my card still not there and there absolutely no reason for it to be taken I was left standing at grocery store looking stupid no money

I was awoke at 9am by housekeeping knocking on my door even though I had the Privacy please tag on my door What was more maddening is I didn’t arrived back at hotel until 1:30am as I was televising the Blue Jays game

Staff was very friendly warm the rooms were very comfortable location was great. Would stay there again. Love it it.

The jacuzzi was not up to standard. It leaked, one of the handles was not tightly screwed and the room smelled like mildew. It seemed that the housekeeping staff was just about getting there tip before I left, which was a day the were off.

I asked for a late checkout (12 noon) day 2 of my stay and chap at desk said ok yet I had maid knock on my door at 11am and front desk call me

Front desk staff was good, location is good

Open the room door smell damp, toilet seat was broken doesn't flush properly, Cleaning is very poor, food fly's in the room hallway and in breakfast area, not much in breakfast, less than basic. Not recommended

Bartender to much in my business to many questions and some things she assumes about other people is rude and her comments as well and keeps pushing meals on people people go there to relax and unwind not to be question about their lives thank you.

Everytime I book a room it's never 100% clean.Three years in a row for my birthday alone I was finding things on the floor, refrigerator and washroom.said something once but no real apology so I say nothing now.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable. Seems like they don?t wash the walls in the shower, found a lot of Caucasian hair on the walls and in the tub

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were awakened at 6:50am by the pounding on our door by a man looking for someone. When we told him he had the wrong room he knocked next door and then spoke with someone across from us.

Staff were nice but didn't go out of their way

The room, everything was damp. The carpet, the beds, even our clothing that hung up. Front desk said it was due to our weather and all the rooms where like that. Very hot in the hallways & a/c in rooms she said caused this. Spider in our bed!

The fridge was blocked by the bed from opening wide enough to get anything in it. Loud room due to facing Airpirt road Super bright lights despite curtains

The staff is very rude, straight face and racist. Don?t care to explain the things to do, instead they order them to do stuff. 3 of my friends have the same experience. Never booking any Monte Carlo again.
