There place was dirty and smell bad the shower was cold and the beds and pillows where small I give this place no star I seen some bad hotels but this place tops it

The beds are comfy, nice staff.

staff not appreciated over compensated for horrible conditions always apoligizing

Dated faculty, assigned to room second floor informed no elevator (has not worked since before Christmas) clients assigned to first floor only access to front desk was walking through flooded hallway, no lock security door leading to parking lot removed slot for cards covered w/ painted wood, no TV service or wi fi ( told not working because of weather conditions learned no access to roof to clean satellite because elevator not working), swimming pool not operable (no water, unsanitary), asked to check out w/ full refund told I had to wait for night manager. After waiting hours James (manager) stated he didn't have my money booking.com did I should talk to them for refund, however informed by booking.com hours prior had to speak to hotel personnel James had a so what attitude lacks customer service skills. When filing complaint with Quality Inn corp office told would be sent upstairs (lol), booking.com AI. Spent four nights in horrible conditions, could not afford to relocate without refund. Would not recommend or stay here again under any circumstances
