Hampton Inn Middletown

Drawer doors would not stay shut. Refrigerator cabinet was broken and scratched. Room was not cleaned during stay.

breakfast was typical and nothing special, when we arrived at 10 pm the desk clerk had a sign up that she was assisting other guests but really, she was outside smoking. after 5 minutes she finally came inside.

What I liked best about this hotel is that the staff is very helpful and nice . Also I can¿t say it enough that I love how it¿s family oriented and that was a plus for me since I have a family.Also this hotel is very clean and neat and I like that .

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel . I have enjoyed my stay here .

Pool was nice,

Carpet had a few stains. Desk chair in room was old.

The bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows. The staff we encountered were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We thought being by the freeway it would be noisy but our room was very quiet.

Staff friendly. Jenn helped me locate a Verizon store. Several restaurants within walking distance. Walmart next door.

What I liked the most was the location. It was off the busy road and was nice and quiet. Furthermore, we did not experience any noise/sound coming from the hallway or other rooms. It is very rare to come by a hotel room like that!

THEY HAVE ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE WALL AND WONT REFUND!!! WITH PICTURES! WE HAVE PROOF. lol theyre a joke.

No pool-no housekeeping- cold coffee- food not appetizing- some staff rude

Beautiful, clean, up to date, spacious, quiet, a pleasant view, etc etc etc..... There was nothing that wasn't 110%! Very pleased! This hotel staff obviously takes pride in a job well done. They easily set what the standard should be. Impressed.

The breakfast included. Staff friendly, room clean and neat.

Not your problem as we went to oxford ohio so we could have got a hotel closer to oxford. All in all it worked well for us.

Hotel employee checked me in early to accommodate my schedule. Hotel employee, who prepares the breakfast bar, was patient with the customers when faced with multiple situations. Both remained professional and pleasant. Actually all staff had this same attitude.

They said they couldn't give me a receipt but would e-mail it to me. I have not received it and they charged me for four nights instead of the three that we were there.

Far away from Miami Ohio University

The room was very clean and updated. Breakfast staff was very friendly and breakfast selection was excellent (warm and cold options). Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. It is 23 miles from Miami University with easy access to IS 75.
