Pros +

The location was perfect in a beautiful part of the town. Plenty of free parking on the street.

Cons -

TV didn't work. Toilet was blocked for a while. Our dog was too close to the door next door so when both parties opened their door it blocked the exit. The walls were very thin and the people next door kept thumping tge wall.
Room 2 is in the attic, there is only one tiny window and no AC so was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The double bed is very small and my partners legs were hanging off the end. The bathroom is so small its not fit for purpose. Barely any storage and lots of stairs to climb with suitcases. Im sure the rooms on the lower floor are very nice but we had cut our stay short after a sleepless night in ours. Maybe more suitable for children but not in the summer months. The lady on reception was very helpful and only charged us for the one night. Also need to pay 15 euro for breakfast if booked on booking.com but included if you book directly with the hotel.
