Pros +
- The restaurant for breakfast was wonderful and Laura was incredible. She made sure to take very good care of us when we went there for breakfast while staying at the hotel.
- Great location to the underground(subway) and a close walk to the Tower of London and the borough markets. The attached restaurant had a good selection of beers and food.
- The hotel room was a very nice size. The approximately to tube lines was fantastic. The bathroom was quite nice other than the odor! The nespresso and fridge were nice touches.
Cons -
- Bed could be more plush. Other than that, it was great
- We had gotten a balcony room with a view, but the view was only of the street. When we asked questions of the morning receptionist, she was not very friendly or helpful. There were no hairdryers in the bathroom, and most plugs didn't work with adaptors
- Wifi network is not secure

There was an awful smell coming out of the plumbing.
