Great confortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast, perfect location.

Very friendly staff, super clean room. It's right by a tram stop, about 15 minutes ride from the centre of Bern, Perfect location for my business meeting.

The bed was too firm for my taste but i recognise that this is a personal preference.

The room allocated to us was not really quiet and a bit smelly. However, it was changed immediately upon request from us to a nice and quiet room.Nice surprise: The team celebrated Advent and had a Santa Claus with small gifts for kids

Great location a few minutes away by car from the center the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean.

It‘s close to Bern and has enough parking space. The Restaurant is nice and the food delicious.

Only herbal tea bags in room. No ‘normal’ tea. Also no milk/ cream pod on second day.

We had a beautiful room. Lots of updates beds were comfortable.

The only complaint is the restaurant staff was not very friendly or attentive. After we received our water, we waited thirty minutes till I could flag down a waiter to get a menu.So that we could order dinner

A great location near public transportation. Large rooms with fans and ear plugs. Friendly bilingual staff, German, French and English. Excellent hot breakfast buffet.

Can be noisy with windows open as the hotel is next to the bus and tram stop. Use the ear plugs.

Staff were courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & accommodating. Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were great! For our anniversary the dinner staff gave us a wonderful and delicious dessert!

Delicious breakfast, peaceful and quiet room, polite staff, very clean. Great location for exploring Bern and Muri, easy access with the tram and with easy parking. A great place to stay!

The location is great, there is a metro stop directly in front of the hotel, which was very easy. The hotel has a very nice garden area to walk the dogs and the terrace bar was lovely.

We had a room with a terrace but it needs some shade or covering, at first it was too warm, then it was too rainy!

in the booking saying got air cond but when there only provide with fan.

The room was large and comfortable, despite no air con a good fan was offered during hot weather, the windows open let a lot of air in however the road is very busy and loud outside including the trams near by.

We were given the key to someone elses room and had to go downstairs to report it, the receptionist just blamed it on someone else but after we had to go down to say it didnt work at first and then given access, it was really shocking we were given access to someone elses property with their property on the bed etc.

I had a fan in my room but the weather was so hot it needed air conditioning.

We parked outside and walked around to locate the entrance. The check-in was simple and swift, and the room was great - shutters for overnight to keep out the light and curtains for privacy in the mornings.The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful.All of the anticipated facilities were provided (coffee machine but no coffee, though!) but apart from that, all we could want from a hotel.

The underground car park was a little tight getting into and out of (mind your wheels on exit!) and the spaces once in were small, however it was secure and clean and well ventilated, so did what was asked of it!

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and most of the staff were nice. I also appreciated the free transport in Bern—and the coffee was very good too. :)

The lady at the reception seemed a bit lost. On the last day, when we wanted to pay for breakfast, she initially told us that the payment hadn’t been made in full and that we still owed for three more nights—despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount through Booking. I showed her the confirmation, and she realized the payment had indeed been completed.I found her to be unprepared and overwhelmed on more than one occasion, even when we were asking for simple things. Also, I think some of the staff could benefit from improving their English skills
