Great location, good staff, clean and comfortable
No restaurant for dinner - had to sit in noisy bar. Breakfast area unable to cope with demand, therefore long wait for table.

Great central location, extremely large room and very comfortable bed. The fourth floor pool is lovely.
We weren’t very impressed with the one dinner we had there.

This was our second experience at the langham and we had a wonderful time. The club room was quiet and clean and fully stocked. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bedding was great. The staff in the club room were the stars of our stay

Customer service is amazing! We stayed for my daughter’s birthday. They went out of their way to make the stay special for us by having a birthday balloon and bear in the room for her upon arrival and champagne for the adults to celebrate! The hotel is located near many of the most attractive Chicago spots, has great views and the staff is always helpful and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and well stocked!

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests.Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable.
