- Not enough outside trash cans.
- The rooms need nightstands on both sides of the beds. Setting your phone, water bottle, etc. on the floor is not really acceptable in a nice hotel. The toiletries should be upgraded. The soap smells antiseptic. I¿d appreciate bottled water in the room.

Thermostat wasn't working right I was freezing. Had to keep turning on the fireplace. Toilet constantly ran which kept me up. I was expecting something nicer with less issues. Liked their restaurant and the crater was cool.
Dirty room, poor water pressure, no one @ desk @ 6:00 AM to check out.
City cottage atmosphere.
No microwave in room. No continental breakfast or any breakfast offered. The front desk didn't tell us anything about the available movies at the front desk or the 10% off at gift shop. After I spent money for movies elsewhere and bought over 59$
We love The Homestead Resort. It is our home away from home and our winter escape from the inversion. We love our comfortable we feel there, how beautifully the grounds are kept, the history, and the staff. Other guests are also very friendly.
We were sad because the ice castles had already melted but there's nothing anyone can do about that.

I love the atmosphere of Homestead resort. There is something in there air there that brings me peace. The staff is top notch and goes out of their way to make sure guests have a good experience. Simon's was very accommodating to us on Sunday night.
Nothing. Homestead is my favorite place on earth.
