Minutes from world class skiing at Deer Valley and Park City, this unique property features a year-round outdoor luxury pool oasis, an 18-hole golf course, pickle ball courts and many nearby activities. Scuba diving opportunities are available onsite in a hot spring under a 55-foot limestone crater at Homestead Resort. Reservations must be made to soak or swim but guests can enjoy a self guided tour through the hot spring 11:30 am – 6 pm daily. Restaurants include Simon's Restaurant, The Milk House - a coffee and ice cream parlor, and the seasonal outdoor grill - 1886 Grill & Smokehouse. The ski elevator at Deer Valley Resort is 8 miles from Homestead Resort and Park City Mountain Resort is 15 miles away. Every room comes standard with Wifi and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Pros +
- The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely, charming location. The upgrades to the rooms are wonderful, and it is located close to great restaurants and recreation. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
- The staff when we checked in were awesome and extremely helpful.
- We love The Homestead Resort. It is our home away from home and our winter escape from the inversion. We love our comfortable we feel there, how beautifully the grounds are kept, the history, and the staff. Other guests are also very friendly.
Cons -
- The rooms need nightstands on both sides of the beds. Setting your phone, water bottle, etc. on the floor is not really acceptable in a nice hotel. The toiletries should be upgraded. The soap smells antiseptic. I¿d appreciate bottled water in the room.
- Out dated old tile cold bathroom old refrigerator rusty lights. Worth ---not ---
- Thermostat wasn't working right I was freezing. Had to keep turning on the fireplace. Toilet constantly ran which kept me up. I was expecting something nicer with less issues. Liked their restaurant and the crater was cool.
