Pros +
- The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely, charming location. The upgrades to the rooms are wonderful, and it is located close to great restaurants and recreation. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
- The staff when we checked in were awesome and extremely helpful.
Cons -
- The rooms need nightstands on both sides of the beds. Setting your phone, water bottle, etc. on the floor is not really acceptable in a nice hotel. The toiletries should be upgraded. The soap smells antiseptic. I¿d appreciate bottled water in the room.
- Out dated old tile cold bathroom old refrigerator rusty lights. Worth ---not ---
- Thermostat wasn't working right I was freezing. Had to keep turning on the fireplace. Toilet constantly ran which kept me up. I was expecting something nicer with less issues. Liked their restaurant and the crater was cool.
