Pros +
- The room looked beautiful however having a 19 degree temperature difference between the lower and upper levels made sleeping in the upper beds impossible
- Nice location and venue
- The room was really nice and clean.
Cons -
- The temperature difference was reported to the front desk who said they were aware of the problem but didn’t have enough fans for each room. I figured if we suffered through the first night they would have a fan the second night. Nope.
- The a/c did not work as expected or not at all; noisy after 10pm; little to no food options / shopping available given check in is 5pm or later - nearly everything was closed but 1 place starting at about 6pm; I probably would not choose to stay again
- The pool area in the health club could have been cleaned up better... some trash around the indoor area.
